Worked there 2 weeks when I didn’t get paid they gave me the run around.. I came to the office ON MY OWN to get paid after waiting for a HOUR they finally gave me HALF of my check.. lol safe to say THIS is my last week with 365

Just want to say my grandmother receives services from 365 and it’s been a pleasant experience. I also work there and any issues are immediately addressed. Special shot out to Asia who has been a tremendous help even when it wasn’t her responsibility! She is always professional and responds in a timely fashion.

365 Health Services has truly made my life so much easier. I’m a client. If I have any problems with anything …the problem is solved normally within a 24 hour period. I mostly work directly with Asia. And when I say she’s always on her job. I have no complaints. She gets the job done. Sometimes I contact her on the weekends (which she’s off) she stills replies back and makes whatever happen. If you’re looking for great quality customer service in an agency. 365 is the way to go.

I work with from 2018-2021 and it’s was good at first then things change good ppl and worker in the office didn’t care at all would raise my pay but for only $1 so I left to find better work Adam Brian keeya was the better ppl that was there back then & this was my first home care job
They gonna say they don’t have your name in the system because they keep hiring new people in the office !!!!

Love the Energy in this office. Great people with Patience dealing with someone who just moved in Philadelphia helped me along the whole way during the application process and orientation process. Asia and Deborah especially took the time and made sure I was set up in a day before I left the office couldn’t have made this any easier for me. Appreciate all the staffs did an amazing job.
