I recently had an issue with an outdoor water shut-off valve and contacted HomeServe for assistance. The process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. I was very pleased with my recent service call provided by HomeServe. They were punctual, respectful, and informative the entire time they were in my home. I was informed step by step of what they were doing and what was and was not covered with my plan. The issue I called about was able to be resolved in one trip and I was informed of what preventative maintenance I could do to help my furnace last longer and be more efficient. I've been enrolled with HomeServe for over 10 years through a link-in account with Dominion Energy of Virginia. I have warranty coverage for internal electrical wiring, and for water and sewage piping outside the home. I've had the opportunity to utilize the electrical wiring coverage on three occasions, and the service has be prompt and excellent, regardless of the contractors provided by HomeServe. I signed up with Home service and I needed a plumber and Barney Jordan Plumbing came and did an excellent job. Joe was friendly, Professional knew what he was doing explain to me what he was doing every step of the way, and he worked with an efficient timeframe. He fixed the problem! I could not be happier with the service that I received.
When I signed up with home service Ben was helpful with knowledge about the services.
So far, I am beyond pleased with my decision with this company.

Outstanding service! Starting with the courteous representative who answered the phone and finally to the plumber who completed the project.
I called at 8:00 AM to report the blockage in our sewer system. By 9:00 I was told which plumbing service would be coming to our house. The plumber arrived about 1:00 and completed the rather extensive necessary work by 5:30 PM. He cleaned up everything before he left and took the waste materials with him.
HomeServe provided prompt and excellent service!

HomeServe and served us well! We recently had a furnace issue (MN in Dec.!) and our new furnace was installed and working within 27 hours of my first contacting HomeServe! Prior to this event, they repaired the same furnace 3 years ago, in addition to service calls on our dryer x2; range x3 and dishwasher x2 with our never receiving an invoice; and a replacement of our refrigerator and dryer. HomeServe has always provided us with quick, efficient help from one of their many qualified local repair service companies. One of the best decisions we've made with regard to our home appliance purchases!

I had an electrical issue that almost caused a fire. I called Home Serve they sent an electrician the next morning. He was AWESOME. very professional and neat, he explanted everything and was done very quickly. I was extremely satisfied. The company they sent to me was Rainbow electric, the awesome technician was Peter , highly recommend
