I had an incredible experience with two team members of Wastewater Transport Services, thanks to Will and his coworker Randy. After getting a flat tire, I was fortunate to encounter Will, who went above and beyond to help me, even after his shift had ended at 5:30 PM on Wednesday, September 4, 2024.
Not only did he assist me with jacking up my car, but he also helped me replace the tire—all within just five minutes. His willingness to lend a hand, despite being off the clock and likely tired, truly speaks volumes about his character and dedication to helping others. Randy was also instrumental in the process, providing support with his hydraulic jack.

It's rare to find such genuine kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend Wastewater Transport Services for their outstanding customer service and commitment to going the extra mile. Thank you, Will and Randy, for turning a frustrating situation into an informative and positive experience. I will pass on the kindness. sincerely, a fortunate 27 year old. Thanks again.

The only reason i gave them one star is because no stars was not an option. We have been in communication trying to do business with WWTS for months. No reply, no quote, we will get you something by end of day. I do not recommend even contacting this company. You probably won't hear anything back.

There seems to be a lack of communication between the field and office. We needed our Septic Lift Station and 3 Tanks pumped. 1st day Tech came out, he pumped the lift station and said he would return or another truck would be out to complete pumping that afternoon or following day. By 4:00 PM following day, no call/ no show. I called and was told there were no notes for a return but she would put us on the schedule for following day. No call/no show again. I call back, speak to the same lady and was told we needed to update our billing information. I would not have know this had I not called to find out why tech didn't show up again. She put us back on the schedule after billing was updated. 2 days later, Tech came out with a partially full truck so he could not complete pumping our tanks. He told our crew another truck would be out that afternoon, FRIDAY. No call/no show and of course no answer or service on the weekend. I call 1st thing Monday morning. The office again had no record or notes from Tech that he did not complete the job. I was told they would contact the Tech and get back to me. 4:00 PM, still no return call. I call back and the same lady still had not spoken to Tech and didn't even remember our conversation from the morning. I repeated our need and was told the Tech was not authorized to call out another truck so I asked when we could expect a truck to come out and finish pumping and was told if we needed service right away we would be billed for an "emergency call out", even though the original job had never been completed. After 8 business days of repeat calls from me (no follow up calls from WTS) and very unprofessional and unorganized management between office and field, I told her to forget it and that we will use someone else. We contacted Foster's Septic Tank Cleaning. They got a truck out the next day and came back the same afternoon to complete the job. Their rates are also better. If I could give Zero stars for WTS, I would.
