About a year ago I called Turbo because my A/C stopped working. I was a new dad on paternity leave and flat broke. Turbo said the a/c was leaking and needed to be replaced. They quoted me over $10k. I called another company, and it just turned out to be a $30 capacitor. It is one year later and the a/c still blows freezing cold. The "leak" was a lie to try to make me buy a completely new unit. I'm still mad one year later.

Had water backing up in the house. Called multiple places that said they work weekends and no one did. Found Turbo Home Services and they said they could be out in the next couple of hours. Darvin came and knew what the issue was in no time and got it fixed in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely do business with them again and think you should as well. They will not disappoint.

I was in need of emergency service on some heaters at our business and not only was the technician early for the appointment, everyone was very communicative and made sure that all costs and details of the work to be done were understood before proceeding. Tech (Alex) was on time and very knowledgeable. Was able to repair what was there without any unnecessary charges. Also made recommendations about future upgrades vs. Current charges. Would definately use these guys again.

So excited about the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & PROFESSIONAL CARE from this company!! I actually signed a service plan because the service was so good! The technician was friendly, informative, knowledgeable & professional BEST EVER in my 21 yrs in my home. Every phone call was great with representatives and I am strongly confident & highly recommend TURBO thanks to, I think her name was Rebecca on calls and all the people which made my concerns & repairs as comfortable and reassuring as possible.
