i called these guys and explained my dilemma back in January 2023. the owner came out to my house and took a look and said i needed a new leach feild so he charged me $5500 for his work … since the work was completed i have called him every 3 months complaining of septic backing up and water coming out of the feild he created he came out again and gave me his word that he would make it his project to make it right. at the end of 2023 back in september not even 8 months later HE TELLS ME MY SOIL IS NOT GOING TI WORK THSYS WY ITS BACKING UP. AND TRIES TO CHARGE ME $18000 for a Arobic system. i was furious cause he could of told me that in the first place. He claims he went to A&M to get his degree in septic systems. bottom line this guy gave me the run around for 8 months and as of today i have sewage all on my yard. and have reached out to reputable company and am getting a Arobic system installed for $8700 permits soil testing everything done the right way. this guy is a rip off and is quick to take your money. but does not stand on his word. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY. OR HIS COMPANY.. the guy never even got a permit to do my job at my property. he swore up and down that a new leach field would take care of my problems. but nooooooo still to this day. i have the same problem i started with.

100% total rip off and fraud company. In December 2022 Matt the company owner who claims he got septic system degree from texas A&M and promised me and installed/reconditioned the new leach field on my conventional system with life long warranty. I have the warranty paperwork, after an year the system/leach field failed. I called him, no answer, texted him several times, he replied me back telling all conversation needs to be through email, which I did. Now he saying there should be some other issues(no other issues for sure) and he never came to even take a look. I spend a lot of money to fix the issue. Later he send me an email with the name and picture of a septic treatment pill telling these tablets will solve all your issues. Couple of weeks ago I got a registered letter from county saying I need to re-route the gray line from washing machine which he installed to the front side ditch back to the septic. I emailed him with my concern, and I was willing to pay to reconnect. Now Matt is telling if I have any problem with his service, you are welcome to join his attorney. Long story short, stay away from this guy, try to get a local real septic company who knows the work.

If only there was a way to give zero stars, I would. Matt is no better than the sewage he works with. This guy tried to steal $6345.00 of mine that was paid on January 2nd 2024. He and Kayla had me do all the running around for permits and county approval on a septic repair. This is after they lied to the county a told them that my tank was cracked down the side of the tank after they inspected it. They never even saw the tank before talking to the county. Only the lid was cracked. This is an easy repair or replacement vs a full tank replacement as Matt was pushing to get. Matt showed up one time out of the blue and dug a hole next the septic tank with a mini excavator and didn’t have a tank or a lid being delivered. Two days passed and storms were expected. I told him to get back and backfill. He came back dropped about half the dirt back on the tank and never showed back up again. Even now my yard is all sorts of mess up now. After months of getting no where with these losers. I finally did a chargeback and the bank gave me my money back. Oh it gets better though, at some point the bank sent me an email requesting more information for the chargeback. Well never saw it. The bank reversed it back to Matt and he thought he won the case and when I said he owed me the money back, he changed his invoice to show that the $6345 repair was now a $6500 repair was for digging and removing wires and said I now owe more! Complete fraud at this point on Matt’s end. Jokes on you Matt, I sent registered mail to the bank with all the evidence against you and the bank once again reviewed and reversed the money you tried to steal from me. I’m not done with you and Kayla. Law enforcement will be in touch. Oh and Matt…the tank is fixed now. It cost less than $300 to repair. You crook!

Hired for pump out. We'll stick with pros and cons.
Pro: job was done at no cost, initial customer service was good
Cons: was a no call/no show (which is why they offered the free service), completed the job, but left raw sewage in my lawn, drive and walkway, left ala oil stain on drive, threatened to sue me and wanted to charge me to clean up their mess

Matt and his crew at Creekline are absolutely the best. I found them on Angi, he was able to get me in first thing the next day. They came out on time and took care of pumping our septic at a great price.

It had been some time since it was pumped so we were a little unsure of what he was looking for but they not only found our tank but turns out we have two! We had no idea, thanks Matt!

If you want a professional septic service that doesn't charge you and arm and a leg or your first born I highly recommend Creekline Septic Services.

The guys at creek line pumped our septic tank and cleaned the lines recently. They showed up on time, were clean and professional, did a great job, and charged a fair price. What more can one ask than that? They even helped us move some furniture... awesome!
I highly recommend this company and will be sure to use them again.
