The support team is a joke. Have their own weird rules. Iv been calling to get a date for bulk item pick ups since they wont take our moving boxes cardboard only.
Not to forget their truck damaged our new bin on the initial pickup

DON’T waste your time or money. They’re paid up and they’ve missed several pickups. All we hear is to leave our trash bin out for the next business day and somebody will come by and pick it up. Several times we’ve had to call everyday after their missed pick ups and same response. They don’t show up until the following week, on their schedule date to pick up our trash.
We only have 1 pick up date, Wednesday, and they manage to miss the day before Thanksgiving so trash piled up after the holiday. I wasn’t going to write a review but the lady on the phone told my wife “we didn’t report it the last time” why should we report them for not doing their job? With the customer service rep responding like their incompetence is our duty to report I’ve had enough. Definitely switching over to the other neighborhood trash service.
All I’m going to get is a generic response like the rest of the bad reviews here so I don’t care for a response from them. This is the last time we pay for their lousy and incompetent service. Should’ve checked the reviews before picking them as my trash service.

Make sure to fully read the contact for additional fees and terms to cancel. Spoke to the support team to confirm cost before canceling, then hit with an additional $250 fee. Would not recommend this company.

Kenard is a horrible customer service employee. He should not be answering the phones to assist people. All he does is speak over the customer. My husband called into cancel our services since we lost everything during hurricane Helene. Kenard kept over speaking my husband. My husband told him to stop and he said he wasn’t doing so then proceeded to over talk my husband once again. I demanded to speak to the manager. This was suppose to be an easy process. He placed us on hold for a few minutes came back on the line stating the supervisor would call back. I said not acceptable, I want to speak with a manager now. He repeated himself and I hung up. I’ve reached out via the chat but that doesn’t go anywhere. I would not recommend them at all.

Republic Services is more interested in taking your money than providing a service. Customer service is worse than that. Numerous calls that end with promises that the issue will be resolved, never happen. If you would like to pay for services that are never performed, then call Republic Services, they will be more than happy to do this for you. If you want your trash collected, then call someone else.

Just tried to set up service with Republic. And its very expensive at $143.00 every 3 months. But the worst of it is that they want to charge me $165.00 for an container that I already paid for at Santek waste services! They bought Santek and so you can use that container. We'll I will not pay twice for the same container I see it as abusive and dishonest from this company! So service canceled!

Though I've been unhappy with the pickup service at times, today I called the office to lodge a service complaint and Jessica answered my call quickly. She was patient and understanding and resolved the issue immediately. I called back to ask a question and spoke with Veronica. She was as kind and helpful as Jessica. Good customer service deserves to be recognized.

It was really nice of the driver to compact the garbage in front of my driveway, all the smelly stinky liquid ran down my driveway. I called an let them know of the issue and someone needs to come out and clean it. The answer was will look in to it. NO ONE CALLED OR SHOWED UP. TODAY IS 4TH DAY WAITING.
THEY SUCK ? CANCELING SERVICE.
