We bought a house that had an existing whole home generator and received no info regarding past maintence. The technician Alex came out - he did a full check - changed oil, filters & spark plugs even programmed it to exercise once a week. I was impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and he did the job quickly and very neatly - wiped everything down, explained the services too.

We hired Elijah for our generator, 26KW Briggs and Stratton. While I was doing minor maintenance I observed incorrect settings on the generator, pretty much everything was set to natural gas and not propane.

Travis is very knowledgeable and is a certified master services, he can basically rebuild a generator if it’s required. Travis switched everything over and made repairs from a crappy install by another company. Also there were multiple warranty issues that needed to be done. I highly recommend him for maintenance and installs, wish I used his company from the beginning!

Update:

With hurricane Beryl, we have been running our generator since the storm, 4 days continuously with 1 hr breaks daily for rest and oil level checks. Everything has been great until this evening my wife called me and said it’s leaking oil everywhere. I had her shut it immediately and I called Elijah. He stated it’s a higher call out for emergencies, which I agreed too. He first asked for photos which I sent. He said it’s most likely due to a possible drain hose issue, he advised me what to check for so he wouldn’t have to charge me for the call out. He saved me money and sacrificed the income he would’ve received. I highly recommend him for your generator needs from installs to repairs which include complete rebuilding if needed!
