After experiencing 18 inches of rain in eight hours, and having water enter my house through the Florida room, utility room, and my garage, I called ServPro of East Coral Springs. I never had flooding in my house in the 30 years that I lived here, so I didn’t know where to begin, but when I called ServPro, they responded immediately. They were able to tell me where I needed to concentrate my efforts in restoring my house. They took out 24 inches of drywall in my garage and in my Florida room. Since they found mold from a roof leak, they continued removing drywall all the way to the ceiling. They brought in high power fans to dry out the rooms and removed all of the construction debris from my house. Everything was cleaned up and it was all done with a smile and reassurance that everything would be OK. They recommended a contractor to replace the drywall and repaint the Florida room and the garage. I was thrilled with the results!

SERVPRO of East Coral Springs for the win! I can't say enough about my extremely positive experience! I called SERVPRO of East Coral Springs after water was found in my office, under the floors. John and Nelson arrived promptly after my call. Mold was also found, since the leak had been going on for a while. The mold and water damage were cleaned up and fixed in an extremely efficient and professional manner. John and Nelson explained what they were doing, every step of the way. They also had great contact with our insurance company. I highly recommend this company and appreciate them keeping my stress level to a minimum.

I had a serious mold issue at my condo. I called Servpro of East Coral Springs once I noticed it. They came out right away, surveyed the problem, and advised me of what was needed to correct the issue. They removed the drywall and set up dehumidifiers. Testing was done to make sure it was safe to return.
Through it all, their work was well done, and they were very careful to keep my household items from dust. It was a pleasure working with John, Nelson, and Catherine from Servpro. They are very friendly and professional, and made sure I was always satisfied with the work that was done. I highly recommend Servpro to anyone needing work done in their home.

I only knew of Servpro from their commercials I’ve seen on TV. When bad luck struck at home and we had to deal with water damage from a pipe leak, I knew exactly who to call. A microwave was install wrong and mold was growing out the cavity and on my cabinets. These folks came in, took care of the mold and helped me figure out what other contractors I needed to fix it. Knowledgable and efficient. Nice crew too! Hopefully I never need them again but no question I'll call if I ever do. Fair price. Clean work.

We called Servepro East Coral Springs after finding out our office water cooler had been leaking over the weekend. I spoke with Kathryn, who owns this branch along with her husband Jon, and she immediately dispatched a team to come assess the damage. Jon and Nelson were at our office within the hour. They checked for mold and the extent of the water damage and quickly drew up a plan of action. I was really worried about losing our workspace but Jon and Nelson essentially worked around us. The quarantined the area and got to work right away. They dried up the water, treated for mold from a previous leak and removed some drywall that had water damage.
