This is the water quality being provided from this company (Now Blue Topaz). Pictures taken 1 month apart after changing the filters. It shouldn't be legal from them to give this water away, let alone have us pay for this mess!

They are evil because they refuse to turn my water on after I paid them because the office messed up my auto payment so now they won’t make things right for me even tho it’s was on them and it it’s in violation of my human rights to have water but they don’t care

I HATE THIS COMPANY THERE IS NO WAY MY SEWER BILL WENT FROM $74 a month to $174 a month !! They have to be falsely reporting usage for winter average and need to be shut down immediately we need a better sewer company for this area we already pay water separately so why does the usage of water somehow still applies to increasing the sewer bill I know I don’t use that much water to have had my sewer bill go from 74 to 174 I already pay 100 for their dirty nasty water separately!! There is no reason anyone showing be paying this company almost 300 a month for their horrible nasty dirty water and sewer service!!! I cannot wait until I move away from Montgomery I HATE Montgomery utilities service I hope they are looked into asap

They refused to turn our water back on after we paid the bill and we have a disabled person living with us we have called multiple times since 3:30 and the office manager hung up on us and after someone told us that the technician are refusing to come out to turn it back on is ridiculous

First of all please do your self a favor and fire the front desk help. If you are that nasty perhaps you shouldn’t be in customer service. This company is nasty and rude and they don’t care as they are the only water company for cleveland Tx. So they take advantage of this and are crude. They send no warning about the online change and can’t log in. As this bitter beer face woman was talking to me she was telling me that I don’t have to log in into my account to pay. I’ve paid that way for years. And was making fun of me pretty much for paying that way. And I let her know not everyone likes paperless billing etc and she said is that all and hung up. Why can’t people love what they do and be nice. If you are rude I’ll treat you the same way. Please hire friendly and happy people who like to work and are helpful.

Poor water quality, pressure and volume. One of the main shut off valves is on the corner of our property. Instead of using a hose they insist on driving through the ditch and what little bit of grass I have in that area. Driving well over the speed limit through our neighborhood. The list could continue but it doesn’t seem like they care.

T & W Water is the WORST water company you can have. They are thief's and steal from you daily. We are charged for water usage we aren't using. Their staff are beyond rude and unprofessional. T & W Water doesn't care about the customer only about over charging and stealing from you. If I could leave a 0 star I would.

How Texas allows a shady operation such as this to even exist, much less supply a basic life need, is beyond me. To those looking at moving to Montgomery or Conroe, if T&W is the water supplier DO NOT BUY! The customer service is bad beyond your wildest dream, and you are getting water below the TCEQ standards but they somehow still get to conduct business.
