The technician went out of his way to perform a very good repair. He diagnosed the issue rather quickly using some personal tools he bought to speed up the service. Then he noticed the communication wires looked very weathered (they actually broke while he was looking at them). He finished the repair on the heat pump then had to replace a section of the comm wires. Great job and service!

Had to have my very old beast of an AC unit entirely replaced recently. Everyone I came in contact with from Lindsay and Lilly answering all my questions via phone to the tech (Tanner) and designer (Keenan) were very friendly, professional, and helpful. Great service. Great experience all around. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Will definitely be my go-to for routine services.

The 2 workers who showed up to our house today were great!! They cleaned both of our systems ductwork. They did a great job of showing us what they were doing and explaining the process to us. We even got to see videos of all the dust & debris that came out of our ductwork.

My heat went out in the middle of the night.
I called aire serv about 7:00 hrs and by 16:00 hrs your guy had my heat back on running. I am thankful that a friend give me your number to call. I just moved to Jacksonville N.C and bought my house, had no idea about my HVAC service. I really appreciate how Austin walked me through step by step and explained the solution to the problem and get the job done.

Personnel are very nice. They have knowledge of the equipment and use computers to do load cals. Arrived when scheduled, installed new unit, removed old unit, finished job sooner than expected. Unit is running great. Work Area left clean. Great job
