I live in a 3 year old home and didn’t expect to have issues with my hvac however one of my systems went out on a hot summer day. After calling the original installer and being told it was a bad coil with a price tag of $2300 under warranty I decided to call Aire Serv as they provided service on my last home. They ordered the part just in case however they found a leak and kinked line which was repaired much, much cheaper. The system worked great for a while however after coming home from a long weekend I found the system down again. Air Serv was able to get someone out the same day and found another issue further up the line. They stood behind their work and got me up and running same day. I can’t say enough about the great team from the person answering the phone to the techs in the field. No one likes spending money on this sort of thing but I trust these guys aren’t going to screw me in my time of need.

Outstanding customer service and expertise! David and his technicians have been servicing our AC and heat pump units for several years now. They are always courteous and respectful. We had to replace our upstairs unit this year and he provided us with an excellent price and superior installation service. We have tried several different companies over the years and we were severely disappointed with their service and their technicians. David is head and shoulders above the rest. We trust him completely!!

Before hiring Aire Serv, I did a thorough search to make sure I was hiring the right company. I can tell you they were definitely the right company!! Most importantly, they were honest, very thorough in explaining what needed to be done and how much it would likely cost, and assured us we would get the best deal they could possibly give us. Secondly, they were experts at what they did. They were professional, courteous, and prompt, everything anyone is looking for in a company who comes into their home to do work.
