Aire Serv of Lakewood was a life saver! Brett Gavages and Joe Gomez came to our house in a short notice the day after Christmas to fix our heat. I can’t say enough on their customer service from the lady on the phone to Brett and Joe. They all were so nice an amazing to work with.
I also really appreciated that they gave us options and didn’t just want to sell a new furnace to us for the heck of it. They cared about what we were going through and truly wanted to help us as efficient and quickly as possible.
Finally, they worked so fast. They were able to get our older furnace out and install the new one in no time.
Fast work and great customer service and customer care means the world. Very happy to have worked with this company and so thankful for all they did.

This is the second time we have used AireServ in the last year and they are always quick to respond and schedule as soon as they are available. We scheduled what we thought would be a routine dryer vent cleaning, however due to the way our building was built, it was a much more difficult operation. Not to mention, the previous owners must not have cleaned it for years so there was a ton of build up. Joe and Brett were incredibly kind, accommodating, and diligent throughout the process. They spent almost their full day ensuring it was done right. They even called for backup/other equipment. After all this, they still honored the price we were quoted prior to the issues. Would highly recommend using their company!

My AC went out and Aire Serv of Lakewood was the only company who responded to my inquiry for help. A technician was scheduled for the next day! The technician arrived within the two hour window and was very professional. He explained, in language I could understand, what was wrong with my AC unit and quoted me a price. He did the repair immediately and my AC was up and running again. All of this within 24 hours!

The pricing was fair and the service excellent. The technician even explained their heating and air conditioning maintenance plan so unexpected problems will be less likely to occur.

Brett is so accommodating!
Our heater was starting to go out, so we called him to come out and fix it.
He gave us some affordable options and we decided to just have him install a brand new heating system. The price was reasonable and he did such an incredible job installing it safely in a tight spot!
This winter we needed him again and he was here within one day! Highly recommend these guys!
