Brad is a wonderful person and and incredible source of experience, knowledge, and advice. We are not big landlords - we only rent out a single personal property. We ran into a dispute with previous renters over terminating a lease early and causing damages. Brad shared his insight into where our claim was weak and strong and gave us great advice and guidance based on his deep understanding of this area of the law and his wealth of experience making and defending claims. We were well prepared for the likelihood of various potential outcomes and were pleased with how our claim was resolved. As long as Brad is working here, this is the only company that I will ever use. He truly goes above and beyond and is extremely generous with his time and knowledge. I was a little worried because we started the experience with a different staff member who left the company part way through. Turns out there was nothing to worry about, the transition to Brad was seamless. I have never before had such an incredible service experience with any business like I have had with SERVIT. Keep in mind they can only work with what you give them. If your paperwork and evidence is lacking, don't expect the world. Do your part and I am sure you will have a similar experience, he's very good at what he does but he's not a magician.

Great customer care and customer service. I really appreciate their help in getting my tenants evicted efficently. No hidden charges. Bailiff also monitored my property after eviction and alerted me when he noticed evicted tenants near the property while driving by to prevent break in. Highly recommend this company for the landlords.
