This is a wonderful company that treats every customer as family. They are very professional, yet sympathetic to your individual needs. I had no heat, and when I called them the other day they had a technician named Mitch come out to service me within hours. Unfortunately there was a factory part required, so they ordered it and installed it the next day. The office was very concerned for my comfort, and checked in to update me on the progress of my repair. I appreciate the phone calls and text updates. Mitch was very personable, yet professional. I appreciate the fact that they have such responsible and caring people working for them.

When my heater went out on 10 degree day, air serv was able to fix it the same day. Extremely courteous and knowledgeable tech, Everyone I spoke to was courteous . They returned call when promised, have not experienced quite the high level of customer service from an hvac company before. I’d give them 10 stars if I could

100% would recommend to everyone I encounter that has an AC system issue. They were super supportive of me as an individual but also as a veteran. All of the technicians I encountered from the free second opinion to the free new installation estimate to the team that actually installed the unit everyone was professional and super quality work. They cleaned up after their work was done. All of their work is nice, clean lines, zip ties and over all quality with the best equipment.

Our technician, Rob Stickley was extremely professional and very courteous. Rob explained the issue we had with our heating system in terms we understood. The part had to be ordered and he came back as soon as it arrived. Rob was on time and was done in no time at all with everything running smoothly. We really appreciated the way he interacted with us and the customer service he provided. Definately recommend this company...especially if all the technicians are as good as ours was!

The service and responsiveness of Aire Serv was amazing. THey showed up a few minutes early and corrected a couple of issues we had with our Air Conditioner. Their professionalism in sending us a photo of Juan prior to arrival really made it nice to know who was coming to our door. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs their heating or air conditioner repaired.

Everything with the removal and installation of a new water heater was done professionally. They install Bradford White which is much better and efficient wayer heater than the old non brand heater I had that was leaking.

Our propane furnace died on Tuesday, and by dinner time Wednesday, I had a brand new system installed and running beautifully. Everyone that we interacted with at Aire Serv from start to finish was a class act and the turnaround time was mindblowing. That kind of thing really makes a difference when you're facing a mini crisis and stress levels are high. Highly recommended!

I've used Aire Serv for my seasonal maintenance for the last 3 years on both my Trane AC unit and Burnham boiler. Also a good value and professional. This past summer we replaced our 13yr old AC unti with a new Trane, and Aire Serv provided a great price and product for the upgrade/replacement system. I have referred them to friends and customers alike during this time frame.
