Went to get fingerprints today. Nice new facility! Some of the people aren't very friendly, others are! I don't like people that act like they're better than the people they serve. I can't comment on their other services, as I do not use them.

If I could give no stars I would of my 6.5 hours to wait to have interview for just emergency food stamps that was 3 weeks ago card recieved still no benefits on them all their additional paperwork was sent back yet still no benefits.

This is a sad poor excuse of an organization. First of all yes I work but can't hardly afford to buy food for Ms and my daughter most of the time I go without so she can eat. Second of all they are liars. I've had food stamps until Biden became president because they didn't add my daughters ssdi even though I put it on the app. Not until Biden did they put it in my income. And how do I know this is because I also was on pay level 1 at prairie star even tho they knew how much she was getting fur ssdi them Biden came over then I got bullied to pay scale 2. So yea let's only help the vets illegals but not the people who with and are in poverty and single parents

Very helpful but, sent my appointment to mail I didn't get til too late so I'm not able to receive the help I need but the staff is very helpful I'm just too forgetful and I don't check my mail like that and the message online when I log in is not there so idk what to do ADHD sucks and so does PTSD memory sucks...it's all my fault not theirs. Why I gave 5 stars, best to get there early...not long of a wait then usually in my experience anyway. Right after lunch works too...

I don't know how many times I've called down to this place to get a voicemail or some kind of automated message when did they ever work down there when can they ever helped anybody I would like to know this because I've been calling for months and I've got no one to answer the Hutchinson office very sad

I’ve called for months and the phone never gets answered. I’ve left voicemails and they’ve never been returned. Let’s protect our kids right? But we can’t even answer the phone, or get the right justice for them? Might as well shut this office down. They don’t serve the community anyhow.

There's an employee named Jennifer Williams that works for DCF that will call you and say she will make you an appointment says she will call for the appointment, then never makes an appointment, then called me weeks later saying she's taking my partner off his food stamps because I didn't show up to an appointment that I was never told about and have proof on my phone call log that I was never called about the appointment. Then I told her calmly to take me off his account and she replied in a high pitched tone of voice saying she's taking me off food stamps. I started to cry because I have autism and PTSD and cannot handle being yelled at by strangers she then got louder and even more high pitched saying your not getting food stamps anymore I replied crying saying it's not my account I told u to take me off because I can't work mentally and I told her you need to talk to my partner Thier the account holder not me. she replied I'll put a note in to take you off the account then hung up on me.
I called back after I stopped crying saying I need to speak to Jennifer's supervisor I left a message cause no one does Thier job and answers the phone. Jennifer called me a week after I left the message I told her I need your supervisors number because you yelled at me which is unprofessional and unacceptable. She gave me a number to newtons DCF office I left them a message saying I'm trying to get ahold of Jennifer's supervisor. This was 4 weeks ago I never got a call back. I literally spoke to my therapist about this Jennifer girl on the phone my PTSD is severe I'm not okay with the DCF hiring bully's that scream at people with autism and PTSD that don't understand why. Not to mention why did they harass me when I'm not the account owner it's not my account! I didn't deserve yelled at by your unprofessional cruel employee! My therapist says she was unprofessional and needs fired for yelling at a disabled person with autism and PTSD. Hire kind people that don't verbally abuse and raise their tone and volume of Thier voice to people on the phone! Unacceptable to hire animals that yell at people! Hire professional people that don't yell at people!
