Very unprofessional, I have a relative in a prison that Trinity Food Services works for and he calls me daily complaining and stressing how the head of the kitchen which is a Trinity employee, would make indirect insulting comments about him, call him out his name, talk bad about him to other inmates, and there was even an incident where she approached him and asked him why was her name mentioned in our conversation and proceeded to call him out of his name. The inmate also expressed that she does this to multiple inmates and she gets aggressive and states that they don’t wanna mess with her cause she’s from Chicago. I tried to call Trinity Food Services to file a complaint but I never get to speak to anybody just automated messages. If the company is reading this, the employees name is Shakina Hicks & she the head of the kitchen at Waukesha County Jail.

Quintessential definition of price gouging. Taking advantage of inmates and their families. Over $15 for one case of ramen soup that costs about $6 at Amazon. The gym shoes they sell are pure garbage and they fall apart within 3 months. Return/refund is not allowed. These are just two examples of the many highly inflated prices imposed upon the inmates. "Hell, it's not like they can shop anywhere else so we will charge whatever we want ". Plus most jails and prisons receive a percentage of the profit. Can anyone say kickback? If I could, I would give 0 stars.

They have had the contract with CTS Russell in Louisville for years. They serve rotten, raw, not for human consumption food, and when a church donated some good food Trinity's staff took it home with them.
