Due to my house insurance inspection renewal, l had to get a window repaired immediately. I called several window repair companies within the area, but they could not meet my due date. I called S&S Glass Company and spoke with Mr. Tody. Mr. Tody is an AWESOME person. He set an appointment for April 2. He arrived on time, very professional, kind, and informative. He explained what was required and the date the window would be in, less than 6 days. The window arrived on schedule. Mr. Gary arrived on April 9 to install a new window. Mr. Gary was on time and handled the job expeditiously, cleaned up after his work, and very professional. It is always good to find a great company with great people and affordable cost. I highly recommend S&S Glass Company and plan to call them again. THANK YOU, MR. TODY AND MR. GARY!!!

After dealing with a different glass company that had nothing but excesses, I gave S & S a shot.
Called for an estimate, talked to Todd. He had me an estimate in a timely manner. Price was right, told him to proceed. They had my insulted double pane unit manufactured and installed in 11 calendar days. Pretty dang quick if you ask me.
When the guys showed up to install the new unit I noticed that one of the corners was not completely sealed by the black outer seal. The manufacturer had not sealed it properly. Gary, one of the guys installing the unit, said he had some sealer with him and he would touch it up. Which he did. He also took a picture of it before touching it up for documentation. They did a good job. In and out in less than an hour, didn't make a mess.
I don't often need glass work done, but you can bet the next time I do I will call S & S Glass again.

Wonderful service and very timely. Needed to replace a broken pane in my living room window. They had to custom order the window and installed it promptly! Looks fantastic and the installer was very professional. He even assisted with moving my furniture for access to the window, it was too heavy for me alone. Would definitely utilize their services again if needed, and strongly recommend them.

We had a window shatter on us as we were attempting to remove it for some thorough glass cleaning. This glass piece was a part of an older storm window installed back in the '70's. You know, one of the old storm kind that has the aluminum framing all around it.

Even though S & S Glass Company is accustomed to much larger projects, they replaced this glass and did an excellent job at an excellent price. The owner of S & S Glass is a great guy named Todd. I would do business with them again in a heart beat!!

So now, we're back in business at home and the windows are all clean, inside and out!!

I would not choose to do business with them again. After they came out to install glass in the windows, I have had to call them back out multiple times to fix their work. They didn’t seal at least half the windows they installed and left broken glass shards and used razor blades in the carpet beneath the windows.

Installed our shower glass panels with black caulk and crooked. When I called to have them return to remove and put them back while we fixed the shower tile, they wouldn't return. S&S doesn't stand by their work. Prove me wrong, Todd, and I'll gladly edit this review.

I’ll edit it myself: now we’re noticing that most of the mirrors are starting to chip in the corners. I’ll let you know who comes to replace those.
