Have been going here for a little while. Will not be going back after this incident. Was told an appointment time was a certain time show up and wait 45 plus minutes and still have not been called back. They never reach out to confirm appointments you have to reach out to them. When you are scheduled for a provider and come to find out they moved you without stating anything to you. How disrespectful to patients and care takers who have to make plans and coordinate to make appointments.

The staff and attention to detail is great. One issue that needs attention is the lack of accessible/automatic entry doors for the handicapped/disabled patrons. As we were leaving the office I noticed a lady with a walker trying to access both front doors and there was no one to help her and I don't know how she eventually accessed. We wanted to go back and help her however we were stuck between two other vehicles in the parking lot trying to exit the premises.

Dr Cho is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in depth. I’ve been seeing him for about 6 months and my life has changed with the treatment he has provided. I’ll continue to use him and refer him in the future.

Dr. Jame Choe has never really gotten upset if I have missed a few checks and understand that life is complicated and you have issues that come up. The staff is always nice and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. The facility is also very clean and accommodating to people's needs.

I’ve had an awesome experience with Dr. James Choe. He’s helped me tackle a new diabetes diagnosis and has helped me find methods to maintain my blood sugar at a normal level, as well as maintaining my overall health at a rate that fits my active lifestyle. He is actively engaged in solving the many trial and errors that come with diabetes. He is very professional and I have always felt very comfortable and loved in his office. Great Endo!
