Achieve Health Family Medicine has really helped me with my health issues and getting me on a path to start feeling better. I started going there in June 2024 ,and Cad Baldwin has been very helpful and I'm so very thankful for him . He already has me feeling better than I have felt in years, but he's not done yet lol I have aways to go to fully achieve our goal. I trust him with this. He's very smart and so nice, listen's to my needs and is concerned about his patience's health and well-being. The nurses and staff are great and very kind and helpful. His nurse is so sweet and kind and she will take time to talk with me. I'm blessed to have found them.

North office gets a solid 5, south is a 3.
Dr Wilson and Lacy Roach at the Northside office are great. The staff at the Northside office are also very helpful, kind, and professional. This office is also nice, clean, and in a good area.
The South side office staff aren’t as friendly but they aren’t terrible. They seem to be pretty busy so aren’t very attentive. You’ll definitely wait much longer for your appointments at this location and the office is shared with another Dr that isn’t part of achieve health so it’s a bit weird. The waiting room feels like you’re in a public health clinic.
Both offices share the same phone number and it’s often difficult to get through. Depending on who answers they are sometimes rude and quite unhelpful. Getting calls returned when leaving messages is very frustrating, especially if you’re needing a refill or trying to get someone to call you back in a timely manner.
