A Wonderful Experience for Our Little One!

We’ve been sending our son to Rose Flowers Daycare & Out-of-School Care since August 2024, when he was just 12 months old, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care he receives. As a first-time parent, I was very nervous about sending my baby to daycare, but the staff at Rose Flowers Daycare & Out-of-School Care has put all of my worries at ease. From the very beginning, they have been incredibly kind, attentive, and professional.

My son is always so happy and excited when we arrive at daycare, and I can tell that he feels completely comfortable and safe in their care. He smiles and reaches out for the staff as soon as we walk in, which reassures me every day that he’s in great hands. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that he is well taken care of, and I really appreciate how they make sure he’s always clean, comfortable, and content.

Communication is another highlight of our experience. The staff regularly keeps me updated on his progress, daily activities, and any little milestones he reaches. It’s so comforting to know exactly how his day is going, and I feel involved in his care even when I’m not there.

Overall, I’m extremely grateful for the loving and nurturing environment at Rose Flowers Daycare & Out-of-School Care. It’s clear that the staff genuinely care about the children and take the time to ensure they feel safe and loved. I couldn’t ask for a better daycare experience for my son, and I highly recommend this place to any parents looking for peace of mind and exceptional care for their little ones!

This daycare is amazing! My children are in the toddler and preschool programs. They absolutely love attending everyday. My children have access to a large variety of toys and activities throughout the day, as well as themed crafts and developmentally appropriate learning activities incorporated throughout the week as well. My daughter is only 4 years old and learned how to write her name within a week of attending!
I would highly recommend this daycare to all parents within the area. They ensure safety is the top priority due to the location. The door always remains locked and everyone must ring the doorbell to enter. My children have never expressed any concerns for their safety nor do I have any concerns. The outdoor play area is exceptional. There is high fences and turf for the childrens’ safety. I’m glad my children have access to fresh air play consistently. The staff is also very professional, kind, educated, and experienced.

When we first visited the daycare, the Manager led an informative and interesting tour that emphasised the daycare's commitment to providing a nurturing and safe environment. She patiently answered all our questions, making us feel confident of our decision. The Manager's friendly approach and thorough understanding of the daycare's operations made us feel at ease.

The daycare is new, really clean with spacious, well-lit rooms which create a welcoming environment that promotes learning. They provide a wide range of learning materials and activities, and their inclusive environment makes every child feel welcome. The staff is efficient, responsive, and really caring, ensuring that my children enjoy and develop every day. Highly recommended!
