I stopped by this Ross store to get a cheap black tie. I found parking easily in the plaza this place is in because it's a big plaza. When I walked inside the Ross store, an employee greeted me. I found the men area just fine and knew where to go to look for the tie. They had 1 black tie left so I got lucky. When I went to the checkout line, there was only 1 cashier working and 2 ladies in front of me. One of the lady took forever and the line started to build up. It took awhile for the single cashier to ask for help. My checkout process when it was my turn was quick and easy. I didn't see the backup come at all but the line extended. They have someone checking your receipt before you walk out.

Terrible customer service. Tried to use a Ross credit card discount but cashier and manager rejected it even though we had proof it was authentic. So don’t even bother signing up for the card. Like another reviewer said Ross checks bags and receipts now thinking they’re Costco or Walmart when the exit is five steps away from the cash register. Security acts superior and tells you to open the bags as if they don’t have hands. Even other stores don’t wave their power around this much. Never coming back.

The customer service at this store is a joke. The manager is ridiculously unprofessional. I stood in line for 45 minutes and asked to see the manager so she could open another line. The female Manager said they only had one cashier. I asked her if she knew how to cashier and she said yes and I asked her. Don't you think you should open another line for the customers? She responded by saying I don't do that anymore. How do people like that become managers when they feel entitled to not do any work. I will not go to this store

So you pay at the register only to take a few steps to the exit to have your receipt checked(fine), but then you're asked to open your bags so that asset protection can look inside of them. A bit too much for me.

Si buscas encontrar algo en tendencia, ejemplo "Hello Kitty" olvidalo, hoy a las 9:00 am recién abrieron la tienda, las empleadas ya le habían apartado 2 cobijas a una revendedora. Ella las compró y se salió. Muy mal por la tienda.

If you buy a delecate glass item, and "they ran out of paper", they'll act like too bad for you and if you ask for them to wrap the items in plastic bags for safety, they'll be rude and act like your annoying and simply ignore your request. Poor customer care and service, bad attitudes and childish demeanors.

This ross is terrible customer service.
Be prepared on a Tuesday night at 9pm to stand in line like your waiting in the line to for a ride a Disneyland. 1hr wait time 2 crasher only but 6 employees guarding working door. Maybe if they had more crashers working register they have less people steeling stuff to avoid waiting hr in line. Duh@$&&@>@
