First time appointment with this doc. I waited about 30 mins for my appointment and Dr Firth saw me for about 45 mins. She was very pleasant and asked a lot of questions. Though she didn’t conduct a thorough UPDRS exam she was thorough in ways other docs haven’t been. She addressed all my needs adequately in terms of treatment and medication. She wasn’t pushy about meds. My main reason for taking 1 star off is her front desk staff. The young lady who sits front right wasn’t very communicative or cordial. When I checked out I asked about scheduling a follow up procedure and she said ‘oh we’ll call you’. 2.5 weeks later no phone call. Turns out they don’t get pre authorization for the procedure until I make the appointment- now I have to wait 2.5 months to get this procedure. This is pure incompetence on the office staff. Wish a doctor of this caliber would hire better trained and cordial individuals.

Dr. Firth has been a blessing for our family. Everyone in the office has treated us with such kindness, compassion and respect. She is very professional and takes the time to discuss our concerns, and explain to us whatever options might be available as well as to actually address my mom every visit.

My appointment on 1/9/23 with Dr Firth was a TeleHealth appointment. Our remote visit was extremely pleasant. We were able to accomplish our objectives while in the comfort of my home ministry led apart. Truly amazing. Dr Firth is by far a favorite of mine with her patience, knowledge and compassion for what she does.
