I have very fine hair and have struggled for years to get my hair to grow past my shoulders. We started talking about extensions. My hair wasn't long enough for a weft so we did keratin extensions. I have been so happy with the investment! Kennedy and Dayna have done an excellent job consulting me and educating me. It took a few months for my hair to be long enough to fade into the extensions. I appreciated that they didn't just put them in until my hair was ready. They are made of real hair. I have been able to wear my hair up, down, straight, curly. The hair feels nice. Only discomfort was the first couple weeks wearing them when they were tight against my scalp. I have had them in for four months and they still look great but it's time to remove them and lift them. I go back in a couple weeks to get wefts because my hair is finally long enough! Thanks to the keratin extensions protecting my natural hair!

I could not be happier with my experience with Nicki at Rout 31 Salon. I came in without a plan in mind but I knew I wanted my hair to feel healthier, have less or eliminate my grey hairs, and some kind of shoulder length cut. Nicki assessed the situation, asked a few questions and then came up with a brilliant plan that addressed all of my issues! I was so thankful that I didn’t have to know exactly what I needed and I truly felt that I was in the hands of a brilliant and truly experienced professional. Nicki was spot on with all of her ideas and suggestions.

The hot towel treatment when washing my hair was what dreams are made of! The salon even offered snacks and drinks while I waited for my color to set. I could go on all day with how great this experience was and how much I love my hair!!

I walked in to the salon feeling almost embarrassed at my lack of care for my hair since going through some major health issues lately but I walked out of the salon feeling beautiful with newfound confidence!

The first time I met Dayna it was for an extension consultation. I could tell she truly cared about me and my hair goals. She walked me through the process of getting extensions and asked me questions to make sure they were perfect each time I got then moved up. I haven't had them for a little while, but I have been thinking about getting them again because I loved them so much!

This was my first time at the salon and I got a full haircut and style by Paige. She was absolutely excellent and my hair has never felt and looked healthier. All the other stylists were lovely as well, they would pass by and share compliments. Such a beautiful environment and experience, not only the salon itself but the people. Due to some health issues, I began to lose quite a bit of my hair. I needed to chop it short just to help it look healthy. I was nervous and scared, but Nicki did such a wonderful job! She talked through what my hair was doing and how she was approaching the cut! It turned out fabulous and I’ve gotten so many compliments on it!
