Joe arrived right on time, and he knew our unit and went right to work. He explained everything very well and had a recommended suggestion for us to clean the duct work in the Spring. Joe did a great job. He diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to resolve it. He also did a complete check on the system. He tried to get the high speed to work, but realized I was undersized on the return side of the system, so it was running too hot. He set it back to just low speed. Thanks for the great service!

Thanks Joe for the professional job you performed for the tune up on our AC unit. We appreciate you keeping us responsible for making our maintenance appointments. Joe did a great job on our tune up. He notified us 30 minutes prior to arrival, was on time and explained what he was doing and any repairs we may need.

Andy was here this morning on time. He checked my air conditioner to make sure it is in good working condition. He is a very pleasant, knowledgeable serviceman. I feel confident when he's the one that's sent out for me.

Great service today on a random emergency need. Joe Stenger was able to get out and get our furnace running right as it started getting cold. Gave great advice, wonderful service. Would use again for sure!
