So rude!!! These super rude ladies sound like they are at the end of their ropes. Don’t get a job working with the public if you can’t handle it in a professional manner. Every time I call in with a question , it ends up not being a good experience. Absolutely horrible. Went in and watched the lady behind the counter flip out on a mom with her child. I couldn’t believe what I was witnessing. They really need better employees.this is ridiculous.

Sometimes awesome and sometimes not. The lady who does the gas vouchers really takes her time and does not seem to care. There are people in there with kids. Appointments, jobs and etc. But she takes about 5 to 7 minutes in between each number she calls. Sometimes people judge before they even know.

I had a great experience with job and family. Alex Tindall is very thorough. She cares about her job and the community. She walked me through the process of submitting the correct paperwork. She was professional and polite.

They were all very kind and helpful even if they didn’t have the answers I wanted. The paperwork required is absolutely crazy! Can’t imagine what employees deal with on their end.

Really good. They have good programs for teens to adults. I am getting into the edge program. This program pays you 10$ an hour which is absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend.

They don't really help me. I tried to get food stamps when I was working, and I was told I make a $100. to much. Then when I hurt my back and had to have surgery. And have been off for 5 years I can only get $16 in food stamps. Oh my gosh it must be coming out of their pocket.

Very rude employees, very unprofessional, every time I go in there or attempt! To call in, they always have a bad attitude, and have zero training on dealing with the ill, child support workers are especially rude!
