Absolutely awful. They use different teams each time to come to your house, we've never gotten the same people twice. Sometimes they are good, most of the time not... This past time was the last straw. They didn't even blow off our patio, or edge around our jungle gym. They cannot provide any sort of time window, not even the correct day, usually... They have double charged me for things MULTIPLE times and I always have to call and have it refunded. Save your money, use someone, anyone, else... these guys are awful.

They shattered a glass door in my backyard and then refused to help or accept responsibility.

I was a happy customer for over 3 years, until 5/28/19 when they shattered a sliding glass door in my backyard. I contacted customer service right away to report the issue and request resolution. The agent Marion was rude saying he talked to the work crew that day and they denied shattering my door. He told me that since I don't have video proving they did it, they don't have to do anything.

I tried multiple times over the ensuing weeks to contact the company for assistance but they refused to accept responsibility for the damages. They refused to even provide the name of their insurance company.

I am very upset with the way they handled this incident, and would not recommend their service to anyone.

They sent a person over to put fertilizer down, they managed to get it in our raised garden. We have asked what exactly they used but they have not answered. Hopefully they have not poisoned us or caused the absolute destruction of our vegetable garden.

I will give them 2 stars because they did actually come and mow the lawn, but it certainly was not a seamless experience. My mother in law scheduled lawn service for us to help my husband and I out during a stressful time. They were supposed to come on Tuesday. I called at 8:00 am to see what time they would be out so I could go put my dog (who is an outside dog) into a kennel inside. They told me they didn't have a time frame, and the woman who answered the phone had a bad attitude. They said they would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Didn't hear from them all day. I called at 2, she said we were still on track to have the lawn mowed today, so I went home, put the dog in the kennel, and waited to hear from them. At 4:30, I still had not heard from them. I called again, got the same rude receptionist. I asked to speak to a manager and was sent to Andy, who sounded like he just hated everything. Andy informed me (at 4:30) that a truck had broken down and they weren't coming today. He assured me we would be the first priority tomorrow morning. Wednesday morning, I called at 8:30. I had to call 3 times before anybody answered. Same woman, same rude attitude. I was told they couldn't tell me a time they would be there again. I was supposed to be priority. Shouldn't somebody already be on their way there!? I asked to talk to Andy again. He was still unimpressed with life. He told me that he needed to contact a crew so he could figure it out and would call me back in 30 minutes. I waited 35 minutes before calling him. I had read their other reviews and was starting to worry that my mother in laws sweet gesture was going to go wasted by crappy service. He told me he would have a crew there in an hour. The actual mow job was just okay, they didn't edge though, and my husband was not that impressed. We had already been considering getting a lawn service for ourselves, and had this of gone smoothly, we probably would have given them a shot, but it didn't and now they've lost a potential customer. Andy said that they are aware of their issues and poor reviews and they are working to fix it, but these reviews go back a couple of years with the same exact stories, so I can't imagine that they ever actually make changes to improve. Overall, the lawn got mowed, but it was a pain in the butt and they didn't do a great job.

I received a notice of payment to them on a Tuesday for a mowing service they said was done on Monday. I work from home. No crew came to mow either day. See photos. I sent support an email saying it was a fraudulent charge, sent the photos and told them to return my $$. The response asked for my address and that they would reverse the charge right away. More than 24 hours later, I have still been charged for a service that was never done and no one at the company has contacted me. Be warned.

I have dealt with these hacks for a little over a year, and if I could give them less than 1 star I would. They were supposed to cut my lawn every two weeks, but sometimes they didn't show up, but still charged me as though the work was done. Then once winter started, they still kept on coming as though there was something to do. I had to speak to the Dallas manager to get them to stop until March. Once they started up again, I noticed that they were not collecting and bagging up the clippings as we had contracted. When I called about that, I was told that they had changed their method and no longer collected the clippings, without giving me notice. If I wanted that it would be $15 more on top of the $40 plus tax they were already charging! That was it, I terminated them 3 weeks ago. Then today, I get another email from them with a "urgent notice" to pay another invoice for work that wasn't done. When I called them, I was told "Oh, that was a mistake, just ignore it." DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE INCOMPETENTS!!!

DO NOT USE FRESH LAWN! They will charge your card for your first service before they even do anything and then will not go out to your property you will have to call and beg them for a refund. It seems like they want your card on file and to charge you before they even do anything so you are held hostage to their service and not go elsewhere.

I wanted to setup bi-weekly service with them and I called on a Wednesday morning to schedule initial service for Thursday. I was informed that I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to the arrival of the crew. Fast forward to about 2:30pm Thursday I had not received any call so I called their office to receive an ETA. Kyle in their local office spoke with me and started giving me a ton of excuses but promised me they would be out that day. Fast forward to 5pm still no call. The receptionist was giving me around the way answers talking about "Dispatch" shows that they have it on schedule but I knew there was no way they were going to make it out to my property so I told her "Please be honest with me, are they going to make it out today?" She told me "No... probably not" She then said " I will write a note on your account to inform them to place you first for tomorrow." This was fine with me I waited until about noon and had still not received a call or anything so I called back and the same receptionist informed me they would be there within 2-3 hours so I waited until 3pm still no call and no one showed up... At this point I was done.

I called in to speak with a manager and was placed on hold for a good ten minutes before Richard answered the phone in an unconcerned tone and blew me off. The only good thing that came out of the conversation was them saying they will refund my card which has not happened yet ( I will be monitoring my accounts). With the way my interactions with Fresh Lawn has gone so far I do not believe they will do what they said without me riding their coat tails. I will be keeping an eye on my credit card statement.

For a company called "FRESH LAWN" where all they do is landscaping and mowing they can't even get it done when they say they will. If you don't mind having to stay on the phone and wait around all day by all means they are a great choice for you.

If you're like me and wanted to establish a good relationship with a trustworthy company and want to deal with a company that does what they say they will do Fresh Lawn is not the company for you.

Terrible customer service and a lack of concern. Scheduled appointments mean nothing.

(FRESH LAWN MOWING SERVICE OF ANY WHERE IS THE SAME COMPANY) Fraud!!!! This company is working with a lawn service LAWNSTARTER. They have many locations and the one locally is called Fresh Lawn Dallas. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER!!! Please check your bank statements! We canceled their services but someone kept coming out and they kept charging us after I called and spoke to a young lady named Fallon. She sent me a recording of the call to show that I had not. By the recording she was right I had not. However, I had distinctly remembered the call and other parts of the call but it was not in the recording. Well lets just say that my profession has something to do with audio. The recording had been tampered with. I called the bank and had them block any future payments from this company. I sent her an email and requested again in writing for the service to be cancelled. Well, it just so happens that the next day my husband lost his debit card and we had to cancel it. Well, our security cameras detected someone doing something to our yard 2 days later. They didn't cut it. Then like normal my husband got a text from someone named Sergio asking how did the yard look. Then about 3 min later another text followed saying that they couldn't process our payment. This prompted us to look at our bank statement and they have been double hitting us. Now "Fallon" will not return our calls or emails. We will get our money back through our bank through filing fraud as well as with the police department. BEWARE!!! Once they have your credit card number and you block payment under one company name they charge you under another company name. I think I will call Steve Noviello at FOX 4 on this one to warn other consumers. This company has no integrity!
