A huge ‘ どうもありがとうございます’ to the ladies Sano and Hiro who were at the counter today. They are amazing. They sorted my problem out with my luggage storage and delivery.

I have met Sano twice. She made a phone called for me to my hostel for a luggage delivery question. She is absolutely awesome. She is definitely a 7 star employee.

Great Service! I will recommend their service to whoever travels to Tokyo.

You can temporarily store your luggage here. 800 yen for medium luggage, 1000 yen for large ones per day (23:00 closing hour). It's on shinjuku station 3rd floor. Finding them was pretty easy, just cross the jr station and you can find shinjuku station, then directly use the elevator to 3rd floor

For whom facing difficulty to look for it at the first time, it's located at 3rd floor at Shinjuku Bus station, next to Tokyo Tourist information center.
The service is good, the staff is very helpful. The opening hour is quite early so it might help someone who need to travel early morning.

Take escalators up/elevator up. Bit of a random one to find. If you're lucky, there are lockers nearby elevator that you you can use for smaller bags (¥400 Small/¥500 Big bags) Good service and easy ?

Pretty impossible to store your luggage after noon as it fills up very quickly. Staff not helpful at all when asked where else we could have stored our luggage. There are lockers at the 4f bus terminal, or use the odawara sight seeing luggage drop off

This place is located INSIDE the Tokyo Information Center on the 3rd floor of a the the Shinjuku bus terminal at the South exit of Shinjuku Station. It is a little hard to find if you don't know where it is. Be aware that Shinjuku station is not friendly with large bags with no elevators or escalators to go up to the street level! The service costs 800 yen per day to store luggage for up to 5 days max, and they can deliver to hotels or airport with same day delivery. The service is very useful to be rid of large luggage during short trips out of Tokyo, for riding Shinkansen where there is no room for big bags, and just sight seeing in general. There is no Airbnb delivery though. The staff were very friendly with a little bit of English speaking ability. You prepay based on how long you think you will take to pick up your bags. Hope this helps!
