Worrying about the impending freezing temperatures to come later in the night, we called Aire Serv because our heater wasn't working. We had called several other companies first, but none of them would come that same day. We were frantic out of concern that our pipes might burst. When we called the Aire Serv they assured us we would see a service man that very same day. They did not disappoint! Chris S. arrived within an hour, and came through like a charm! He was polite, warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to get a our heater running and he did not leave until he was sure all the rooms in our home were warming up. He was so kind and experienced, if we ever need service in the future we will ask for him. He's a true credit to the company. One final note, we particularly liked that Aire Serv sent a photo of Chris to our cell phones, so we would know him, and could identify him when he came to our front door. Our experience was superb, kudos to Aire Serv and a special "thank you" to Chris S. for a job well done and putting our minds at ease. THANK YOU!!!

He also gave us the best quote for our humidifier that was wrongfully installed by the previous owner. The service man was friendly, professional, very thorough and detailed in his work. He took his time and explained exactly what needed to be done too keep me up and running. My furnace is old but I feel he was honest providing me with feedback with the condition of my furnace.

I never knew what the best filter was for the furnace, what should be changed and addressed yearly. In previous years. I used another company who ONLY came in took off the cover and vacuumed. Your company is top notch! It's nice to know there are still companies that are proud to put there name on their work! Thank you so much!

Outstanding service. My heater stopped working and it was really chilling when I called them at 7:00 in the e ending. They had a tech Ian at my house by 9:20 and worked on it until midnight. Then return to continuing to make it right!
