Unorganized and unprofessional . Everyone deserves quality care no matter their situation. I have had 3-4 diffrent doctors due to them quiting. The place alsways seems dirty. They have cancelesed on me several times also there is no digital records.

I am a former client of B & D Integrated Health Services, I just want to let it be known in the beginning I thought it was a great place. I thought everyone was respectful and just trying to help by providing me with the SERVICES I needed. And I understand sometimes people do fall through the cracks or they don't always get the treatment they need. Even counselors come and go unfortunately because this job does consist of a lot of burnout. But once I lost the counselor I had I consistently called and reached out to try and get assigned to a new counselor till this day I have never met that counselor, nor have they returned my phone calls I do feel that for a company to say they value their CLIENTS. I just never saw it because of this I will not recommend this COMPANY to anyone. I just hope whoever does get involved with this company has a better outcome because most of the time the counselor wasn't properly trained on how to do certain things in terms of helping me with my TREATMENT so I just felt that was a huge disadvantage because I was paying for a SERVICE that I honestly wasn't feeling was beneficial to me. Maybe if the company changes in a new direction and possibly removes certain staff members (CEO) from the location things could progress and have a better morale of CLIENTS sticking around versus CLIENTS constantly abandoning the clinic and based on the other reviews I've seen from former CLIENTS it just shows this place is horrible and needs better management.

I will never have family members return here. The lack of communication and utter chaos that this office has is ridiculous. You will be told you will receive a call and never get it. Assured that things will be one way, then the next person that talks to you says the complete opposite. I could honestly write a novel explaining why this is a horrible office. Instead I will just say: go somewhere else and save your sanity.

B&D is a amazing place to be. I have only been here for a couple of months and feels like it has been forever. The staff is amazing! I have gained a whole new family outside of mine. The clinics that's offered and the therapies are amazing as well. I would recommend these services to anyone any day.

I had a wonderful time here.. The staff is respectful and helpful to get the job done. They take the initiative to help people. Very positive and willing to give a helping hand. On time when needed. Best service I have had.

I was at this place for 3-4 years not only myself grew relationships with the people employed there but my children did as well! Yesterday wasnt my finest moment and they thought i made a mistake that i eventually just said yes too because they wouldnt have believed me anyway! The nurses were so unprofessional they told every staff member what happened and every client in the waiting room heard! They were behind the desk high-fiving each other other because this new nurse assumed she was right! Telling the staff to kick me out which they did! This place is supposed to help people but instead let me down in the worst way possible! Those nurses were beyond unprofessional and should lose their jobs for telling a clients personal business to the entire building! They thought one of the ladies in the waiting room was a patient when actually she rode with me and witnessed/heard the staff telling everything and texted and told me what was going on while i waited in another room away from them! They let me down in the biggest way possible!

I know several people that go here & it's got full spectrum treatment so everything from mental to physical in the same plaxe. Excellent staff, everyone from the front desk, to the doctors & directors, are upbeat & give me the impression they actually give a damn. Now some of the clients are out there & wild but it's worth it to feel like you've got a team in your corner. Many thanks to the dept. heads I like best.. you know which two you are.

Thee most incompetent, understaffed circus I’ve ever dealt with. I could say a lot here, but my main issue is with the med management team or lack there of. Dr. Davis, the medical director and lead psychiatrist has over 450 people in her caseload. She said so herself. This is not the patients fault. It is also not the patients fault that Dr. Davis is booked for damn near a month at a time. Or that she is in the office only a few days per week. Or that medication requests by phone are almost never called in because she’s to busy to follow up on the message, IF she receives it in the first place. Maybe if the practice owner Dr. Durant stops shelling out cash for Mercedes transportation vehicles, she’d have enough money to hire another shrink. B&D is overrun with barely credentialed professionals and a revolving door of students and new hires. It looks more like a fashion show/club/rap video more than a medical practice. The chain of command is a joke and speaking directly to Dr. Durant will never happen. She doesn’t care about anything but reputation. The multitude of services she touts to offer, supposed large numbers of providers available, daily groups, etc. And now primary care? For what? She and her staff can’t manage the behavioral health side of the house, much less anything else. I’ve been off of meds for a month now. There’s no excuse for this. B&D is now officially, legally at fault for my next crisis/episode. What ever happened to “First do no harm”? I tell you one thing. It’s at the far bottom of Dr. Durant and B&D’s list.
