The UPS store at this location is so very good. I always have a good experience when I go to the store. It is organized clean and the staff is very helpful and smart about helping their customers. I went there today to mail a package to my mother for Mother's Day that I hadn't got to send her as well as something I needed to return to a store. The man taped up my boxes printed me labels gave me receipts gave me a better price and it was just all in all a great experience I love this store because the staff always pays attention and they are always very respectful and kind thank you for making my day better

I have never had a bad experience coming to this Durham location. The people I’ve worked with are chill, funny, kind and especially hard working! Even when it’s a line out the door it doesn’t take long because the people behind the counter are efficient and do an excellent job.

I’m so grateful for a local UPS who has a wonderful staff that make a tedious chore quick, easy and pleasant.

It’s a gift when people are kind and hard working and this UPS store team is!!

.10 Cents to Print a Copy, .25 Cents for the Paper, and 3.00 to Access a computer? I believe in Paying for what You Get.
This is a completely uneccesary Charge. Billing someone simply for the sake of Billing them is Grieving.

Great customer service, awful parking lot:
No matter how busy this store is I always get friendly help and they try to get me in and out as fast as possible. The worst part of probably has nothing to do with UPS, rather the owner of the property. The parking lot is an atrocity, moon crater potholes and blind spots galore.

I have attempted to drop off several Amazon returns on different occasions which indicates UPS will label and package. However, Carolyn refuses to honor this process and always insists I package. Please explain the process to her. When the gentlemen are handling, they do so without question. This location has gone down throughout the years most in part to Carolyn's impatience and unfriendliness.
