Very impressed by this company. They are very honest and showed a great amount of concern with my heating issue. The service tech came out and assessed the problem. They ordered the part and had my furnace back up in running the next day. They did not try to sell me a new unit or charge an astronomical amount of money for the repair as did one of there competitors. Awesome customer service and the techs,Justin and Robert were great.

From estimate to finish, Aire Serv kept in constant contact, were friendly, and professional. Techs were on time and very polite. One of the best contractors that I've hired. I also appreciated that the techs weren't in a rush and you can see the quality in their work. All around a great job.

The gentleman that installed our new unit were EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, efficient, polite and clean. Our great experience began with Jim, who took the time to listen to our needs. We genuinely felt that he had our best interest at heart! The installers, Gabriel and Casey were awesome to say the very least. I was able to call and get an appointment in less then 12 hours. Josh Leonard was on time and very professional with our service. He not only fixed our issue but recommended to fix a few parts that were going bad. Which we ended up doing since he was there. He did everything very fast and efficient. From start to finish with scheduling the appointment to the Tech Zeke coming to do the service. I would recommend anyone who needs their air ducts clean. I rate them a 110% excellent.
