Timely service and they hang w/ you until the issue is resolved. Since I moved to Biscoe two years ago I've had Aire Serv replace all my duct work, install a de-humidifier in my crawlspace, and put down a new vapor barrier. I continue to use their maintenance services. I would recommend them to anyone.

Air went out during our family gathering. I called around to every company that claimed they had 24 hour service. This company was the only one that lived up to that and was willing to come out on a Sunday morning!!!! Jeff was professional, prompt and quickly able to diagnose the problem. He is definitely our new AC guy!! I highly recommend. Not many more reliable service men left, but he is definitely one of them!! Thank you!!

Brittany in the office was very polite, helpful and very knowledgeable! She was able to get us an appointment the same day I called!
When James arrived at the home he was very thorough with his assessment and able to diagnose what was wrong with my hvac unit in no time.

We had Aire Serv come out and clean all of our vents after building a new home. Everything was so dusty even though we vacuumed and dusted many times. They showed my husband inside one of the vents and there was so much dust just sitting there. We are so happy with the service they provided!!

When I scheduled my appointment I had asked to bring me a filter. I've used this service for about 3 years and have only had one filter they brought. The guy that done the service was very respectful and said he wasn't aware about the filter. It's a 14x30x1. Service has been very good
