We experienced a thermostat issue last night and urgently needed service the following day. Finding someone available proved difficult, but Air Serv was able to schedule a technician to our property the same day.

Jordan Goode arrived and performed an exceptional job repairing the thermostat. He went above and beyond by thoroughly inspecting our AC system and providing expert advice on upgrading to a new thermostat.

Jordan was a pleasure to work with; he was incredibly helpful and friendly. We will definitely use Air Serv again for future service needs!

Justin was just fantastic. I’ve become that person with a never ending stream of questions and Justin handled them with grace and was very knowledgeable. I have a new type of HVAC system and when he didn’t know the answer to one of my questions he made the effort to find out. Great service and great company.

Chase and Sean were awesome. Highly
Professional and courteous. They found the issues and fortunately had the parts to repair during routine maintenance checks. They even brought me the nearly burned up
Part to show what they found and explained the issue. Gladly, we hope the system will not break when the weather is extreme and we rely on it for heat.

Danny was phenomenal!! Not only did he show the utmost care for my home and was friendly, but also educated me on my HVAC system, offering helpful tips and insights that could save me a lot of money in the future! He was thorough with the checks and didn't rush at all. I think AireServ should let clients request specific technicians to provide maintenance; if so, I'd definitely recommend and choose Danny!

Justin and Sean came to the office after I installed a thermostat and I blew a fuse in the air handler. They were able to get it working and helped me set up the schedule! Love the nest thermostat with the sensor!

Justin Dove on 7/3 at 1140am arrived at my home 1741 shenstone and did a FANTASTIC job!!! He was so professional, nice and knowledgeable! He went above and beyond to clean out my dryer vent and bathroom vent! It was a gross mess and he handled it so effectively. He did such a great job and I am just so appreciative! I will definitely keep Aire Serv in mind for future business!
