I called because our AC was not coming on. Our Nest thermostat showed no power on our AC. We thought maybe the thermostat went up. The sweet young lady I spoke with said she could have a tech come out the same afternoon. I was so pleased that I was able to get a same day appointment (it's 87° today). The tech Josh Leonard arrived 3 hours later. Josh was very friendly, polite, and professional. He explained everything clearly and took care of the issue ?. I learned that this red switch does more than just shutting off the gas. It cuts the power to the whole HVAC system. We accidentally turned it off and that's why our AC would not come on.

I definitely will call again for any future issues.

Jim, who did the quote and designed the solution, seemed extremely knowledgeable and was a nice guy. He spent a bunch of time explaining everything to me which was really helpful in making a decision.

The installation team, Casey, Keith and a couple other guys who's names I've unfortunately forgotten, we're very nice, professional and clean. They got the job done faster than expected and left everything looking beautiful, no trash, no mess, just great work!
