It's been a pleasure to have service from Airs Serv. Friendly staff that actually care. Roger did a furnace maintenance recently which was efficient, friendly and prompt. I've been using Aire Serv of greater Guelph for 5 years strong and counting. I have had my high efficiency furnace, air conditioner, and my tankless water heater replaced by this team. Every year they come to conduct the spring service on the ac and fall service on the furnace. Where I'm trying to get at is the service the Aire serv team provides drives me to bring them back into my home. Mark is fair and honest and shows he is targeting to keep the relationship with his customers and strives to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. If Mark says he's going to do something he means it. I deal with customers for a living in another trade and can say the way Aire serv treats my family and I is very professional and polite. Roger ( one of Aire Servs technicians ) is amazing. I will always make them my go to for everything mechanical and have them on speed dial. I will refer them to all my friends, family, and customers in the greater Guelph area. I contacted Dan through the recommendation of my propane supplier. I was not disappointed. He is kind, courteous and an utmost professional. The co-worker was the same. Everything was done in the time frame he quoted me on and cleaned up before they left. My new furnace is operating wonderfully!
