The service with Aire serve was phenomenal from the customer service to the actual installation. Mr. Perry and his team were polite and courteous. They ensured I k ew my installation stone and I was kept abreast of when the installation would take place. I even received a phone call the next day to ensure everything went well.

Greg Perry came out to do my furnace tune up and to give me an approximate estimate on a whole new HVAC system I was pleased with his service and my husband was also because he fixed the vent in his room where it had shut after we had people come out to clean the ducts. Greg was very friendly and informative. I will use Aire Serv again and will recommend them to others. I hope that any follow up calls will be as pleasing as this first call.

Based on reviews, I decided to give them a try and couldn’t be happier with the technician who did the work. He is very experienced and professional. He explained what he was going to do and made a recommendation on a change I should consider to one of my HVAC ducts. I will make that change. Their prices are very reasonable.

Greg and Alex. These guys really care about their customers. I have had them do two complete HVAC system installs. One Air handler was in the ceiling which they had very little space to work with. They got the job done. Informative throughout the process. Knowledgeable and professional.

Had the worst technician come by named Greg. The coordinator was perfect and very sweet but the tech walked in with an attitude. I am calling multiple techs because IT IS A NATIONWIDE heatwave and I am trying to get my AC working as soon as possible, so am trying to get as many estimates as possible. I was on the phone with another company when he arrived WITHOUT A PIROR CALL WITH HIS ETA. I apologized to him when I got off the phone and he didn't acknowledge me and said "showed me where it is and turn it on". He seemed to think everything was either a joke, there was no reason to respect, or he infantilize me. I work in construction too and I just know these type of "professionals" and how they deal with women. I asked him to perform his full diagnostic while I finished a call with the other professional and he threw up his hands and said "MIGHT AS WELL GET HIM" ....isn't it your job to be competitive or professional? Mercifully, he left quietly after rolling his eyes and acting sassy like a child . Never working with this company again if this is their attitude.

Greg and Alex were great. Extremely professional and extremely quick service. Greg was able to get a part and fix my AC the next day, when another company said it would be 3-4 weeks. I will definitely be going back to Aire Serv for any other HVAC related work.
