Great Job! Richard (lead tech) was very proactive and knowledgeable, They were the first and fastest to meet me, first to quote me and ended up the best price too (Very close).
Follow up has been on point, came and checked the unit and make any adjustments needed after a few days running. Gave us great advice to maintain this system and others in our facility.
Trust goes a long way with me and in the HVAC world, you need to put a lot of trust in what you are being told by the technicians, I feel this man was very honest in our discussions, not trying to get anything more than what we needed to get the system back and running perfectly.. Mission accomplished and I will be using them again.

The technician who service my ac unit was awesome very knowledgeable knew exactly what to do and didn’t try to upsell me any products or offer optional service. And the response time was really quick within 2 hours from when I called he had arrived and completed the repairs less then 1 hour

This company suffers from significant communication issues and does not appear to be particularly concerned by that. With my AC busted in the sweltering heat of August, here's a brief summary of my experience:

1. Reached out to schedule an appointment several days in advance. I was provided a 4 hour window during which the tech would arrive. (0800-1200)
2. Forty-seven minutes after that window expired, I received the first communication stating there was a delay. (12:47)
3. I rescheduled for one hour and thirteen minutes later, due to my unavailability resultant from scheduling my professional obligations around the original four hour window. (14:00)
4. One hour after the rescheduled time, I have received no communications regarding the tech's arrival. I reached out to express my displeasure and cancel the appointment. (15:08)
5. Rather than immediately posting negative reviews, I wait for a response/explanation which might affect my opinion of the company. Thirty minutes after making my displeasure known via email, I have yet to receive any response (15:38)
6. Within 3 minutes of my posting this review, I received a phone call and an email - proving the company is, in fact, capable of rapid communication, but only when motivated by consequences, rather than professionalism. (15:41)

I can only assume that their technician was extremely busy working on other jobs, indicating the company will not miss my business now that I am taking it elsewhere.

As I expressed multiple times in my emails, my issue is not with the delay. Delays happen. Life happens. My issue is that your company didn't communicate these delays at all. I had to repeatedly reach out to ask what was going on. I was even willing to ignore the first delay (which, again, I was informed of 45 minutes after the 4 hour window closed) - this review is the result of not only missing the rescheduled appointment, but failing to communicate that you would be missing it. Ultimately, I spent my entire working day wondering when I would need to be at home to meet you. Don't apologize for the delay. Apologize for not being organized or responsible enough to communicate when you are going to miss multiple appointments.

You are correct: I did not use your service, but this was certainly not for lack of trying, nor from some failure on my part to be where I needed to be.

Sadly, your company only reached out after this review was posted, which leads me to believe that the review is more important than I was. Can you see why that might complicate a request to take it down?

I could not ask for a service person as well qualified as Aireserve technician was. He identified the problem quickly and resolved my water leak problem, as well, and explained what I needed to do to keep my air conditioner in best working order. Not only was he skillful, he was thorough and pleasant. I had just been in a car accident and having a water leak problem next. So I am grateful for the way the problem was handled. It was a good ending to a very bad day for me.

there were some scheduling issues at first, and I know it's summer with an AC issue, these guys did a great job replacing my upstairs AC and in particular the technician, Junior, seemed to be super knowledgeable and experienced.

We recently had a compressor failure on our A/C at our Home on a Saturday. The Aire Serv team was able to immediately confirm they had the needed parts (from make & model numbers) and would be able to repair the A/C. The other suppliers including the one providing us maintenance services could not confirm parts availability for serval days nor any expected timing. Additionally, the Aire Serv price was far more competitive than the other firms we contacted. I would highly recommend using Ari Serv for your A/C Repair and Service needs.
