Just want to share what a great experience I had with All Seasons. Kevin, the owner came out for an emergency service and really helped us out! Not only did he do a fantastic job servicing the tank and cleaning the filter, he gave us a full breakdown of how our tank works and how often we should be having it serviced. As a safety precaution Kevin installed new screws onto our caps as well. A complete professional and gentleman, I'm so glad I called!

All Seasons has been our septic drainage company for over 10 years. But this past week, we had some sewage backup. When All Seasons confirmed it wasn't a tank issue, they immediately connected us with another company who could investigate for pipe blockages (who were also lovely to work with). Ultimately we needed to replace failing pipes. All Seasons immediately came out, quoted us EXTREMELY affordable, finished the work in that same day, walking us thru every step. The owner (who replaced our pipes) literally came even as he was out of the office for medical reasons because we had been long time customers and he wanted to make sure we were well taken care of. I cannot say enough good things about this company!

We hired them recently to do a title 5 inspection and felt that their estimates are at least double from other inspectors. It’s overly charged by $400-500 compared to other inspectors. The front desk lady is so unprofessional and sometimes rude and called and behaved rudely without any reason. They do not respond calls timely and I have to call 2-3 times to just get a receipt. Sharon town should not put them in their list of qualified inspectors. Not recommended!

All Seasons Septic Services came to our house today and installed a new "riser" cover on our septic tank. They also pumped our tank and did general maintenance. All work was done by Kevin Orlando, the owner of this wonderful company. I found All Seasons on the web and then had multiple very helpful conversation with Kevin and Brooke (who manages the office). The advice, the expertise, and the actual work performed was totally professional and expertly done. Kevin's knowledge and advise was spot on, he exceeded my expectations with his work, and he is an exceedingly person friendly and nice man. Indeed, the whole team was totally professional and helpful. We are very pleased with the service, will be looking to All Seasons to do all our septic work and maintenance going forward, and recommend All Seasons without reservation.

In spite of excellent reviews, I had an extraordinarily negative experience on the phone with All Seasons. I upfront let them know that I was inexperienced with septic and that I was under the impression it was time to get my tank serviced and that I was calling both to set up an appointment and also expressed that about half a dozen professionals who came to our home for a different project were concerned as they could not find our tank's access point. The person on the phone was extremely short with me, dismissive of my concerns, and would not move forward with this appointment, stating that while they had serviced this home before, had a map, and gave me directions to the access point, after I repeatedly brought up that I would like someone to come by and if they could not help, that was fine, nothing moved forward. I just needed someone to come out and, if they had the information they needed, I didn't understand what the issue was. Will not be utilizing this service and will be letting other folks in the area know how negative this experience was. A bummer for sure.

We had a great experience with All Seasons Septic. We wanted a company that does not install new systems (to avoid conflict of interest) Kevin and his company do repairs, but they don't do full installs. Kevin and his team answer the phone, are very responsive and very thorough. Kevin did the work with help from others, but he clearly is the leader here. He knows all of the regulations and all of the local inspectors personally. My 41-year-old system needed repairs. Kevin quoted them and then came to do the work. His estimate turned out to be conservative, and he charged me $400 less than the price he estimated. The work was neat, on time, and I feel done right. The inspector from my town had no problems approving it and the whole process was done very quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for honest work done fairly and quickly.

Appointment with them was prompt. The driver was very efficient and very professional. He gave me a thorough explanation of my tank condition and made reasonable recommendations. Office staff was excellent and I have already made another appointment for their recommended next pumping.
