Imagine struggling to breathe and move, and after being picked up by an ambulance, you're kicked onto the street where you pass out and no one even cares. It's bad enough most Americans can't afford an ambulance to begin with, but to then have to worry about whether an emt will refuse to treat you or take you to a hospital. Those cops should be fired and the emt should face prison. Absolutely disgusting company.

They will put them and others at risk on the road. I have dash footage of their vehicles purposely crossing double yellow lines head on with a vehicle bc they weren’t on the side of the road. To high of ego for the drivers to ever consider them. Take your loved ones your self or Uber instead of this service.

One of your workers critically wounded my family member and than dropped them off like a piece of meat. They are dead now. You will be closed soon everything is on the record.

I have had a chronic disease since I was 14 I'm now 56. Unfortunately I've had to call an ambulance countless times. I've have never experienced anything like I did today. Besides being on severe pain I was very anemic and dehydrated I explained to the emts I could not walk the stairs they ignored me grabbed both my arms and pushed me along and down the stairs even though I told them I needed to sit and catch my breath. I had family who witnessed this. Once in the ambulance they took my blood pressure then they both sat up front leaving me alone. No temp check no oxygen level check no questions regarding my pain or any other systems. The lovely female yelled insurance questions from the front because I was so weak and difficult to talk I asked her if she could please sit next to me. Her response I can hear you. I told them my allergies but never got a wrist band for her. I understand the ed was extremely busy but when triage asked if I need a reclining chair or the waiting room they said oh put her in the waiting room!!! If I could sit in the waiting room I would of driven myself. These people have no business in this profession it's no surprise they have a 2.6 rating. Whatever you do do not use these callous heartless company. I left called my doctor went to another hospital and got the care I needed ** I was in kidney failure and those incompetents could of killed me. They should be fired!!!!!!!! Never call this company!! Will be contacting my attorneys first thing Monday.

I Was finishing my last door dash for the night when in front of the house I was delivering too was a 67 year old man who fell, broke his phone and had a stoma, he was throwing up and in alot of pain my first call was through door dash at 1030 then again at 1040pm again at 11pm and 1115pm finely showed up at 1140pm he had been on the ground allegedly for a hour before I found him so yall just leave old people on the ground for 2 hours. This is the worst response time I ever seen. Truly disgraceful and appalling.

AMR is the best private ambulance company there is. Their EMTs and Paramedics are very professional and great their patients with care and dignity. They are selfless workers. You treat them respectfully they’ll do the same. Respect is a two way street! Keep up the good work AMR!!!

Absolutely horrible company. My daughter was in college and became very sick almost two years ago. She was able to give her name, phone number and insurance name to the EMT. Come to find out just last week, they never contacted her or the insurance company and just tuned it over to a collection agency. What a bunch of lazy uncaring ... .. . ......... Even though I am trying to resolve it, they just keep refering me to the collection agency. I will be contacting my attorney.
