Amazing people they live in the real world, and no matter the workload, they always try to do what they can to help. They're always open to suggestions and eager to help complete the task at hand they have gone above and beyond to help me on weekends or after hours many times. You can tell the owner has built this company, not bought it. Avoid this dump!

I went there a little while ago for a crossdock and got to regret it. I only needed to get some pallets out of my trailer and get them back in a different order. I started getting worried the moment I saw how incompetent the forklift driver was. There was some older guy instructing him every step of the way. It didn't take him long to damage the product.

Seems like they have a way to remove bad reviews. I guess I will have to keep reposting it.

I called to confirm a delivery and I found that the person I was talking with didn't have very good customer service. It made me feel that my call was interrupting her day and it was something more she needed to do. I called again to re-confirm delivery on the date specified and again, not a whole lot of customer service in her voice. The delivery was late (about 20 minutes), but the driver was courteous and respectful.
