Avoid the drama.

I set a keyboard (not a piano) on its side at a practice, as with all gear I did this very carefully, I treat musical equipment with the utmost respect whether it's my own or someone else's.

The lad who booked the session got a snotty WhatsApp later that day from someone called Ciaran Cassidy, giving out about the keyboard being moved and set on the concrete floor, although Ciaran acknowledged that the keyboard was absolutely fine and completely undamaged. The text then goes on to say that obviously I didn't know there was a camera on me when I moved it, what does that even mean? I would have moved it regardless, I thought it was from another band, hadn't a clue who owned it. I resent the insinuation here its unwarranted, petty, immature and unprofessional.

It turns out there was another keyboard stand which I found later and used, I had mistakenly thought there was only one hence moving the keyboard in the first place. Obviously this whole incident was very traumatic to Ciaran, a drama over nothing some might say, maybe he should consider a different line of work if he doesn't want people touching stuff in a room they have paid to rent along with the equipment in it.

Plenty of good practice rooms out there, I'd avoid this one if you don't want stupid unnecessary, drama like this over nothing.

*Hint If you don't want folk touching it, take it out of the room, not that hard is it.

Great wee spot to practice, with a range of rooms, the guy that runs it has the best of equipment,and drumkits keyboards, even has tea an coffee, and very keen prices, as a say great venue ? keep er lit

Pretty good place but relations soured because my band recorded their album somewhere else where analogue tape was available. Clubhouse unprofessional attitude right there realised after near two years.
