Best Burger I've ever had!! Me and my wife both got the quarter pound Swiss and mushroom burger special for $8. Great price and taste! Well done Braums. Get some locations into central Arkansas, we need a good burger shop.

Hi y'all! This store may need a major update, but it's availability of a mini mart and service was more than adequate today. Not to mention their seasonal eggnog is ootw (out of this world)!

Went to braums for breakfast today. My food was super cold, I ordered two country breakfast meal, two 3xtra gravy and one extra biscuit with a bag Of breakfast burritos. Went threw drive thru they messed my order up had to turn around. Never got my extra gravys or biscuits and I was also missing one burrito out of the bag of breakfast burritos I got. Not to mention my eggs where hard has a rock and they looked theyv3 been sitting for ever and Both of the country breakfast was cold, biscuits were hard. Definitely the worst braums ever..

So last night 11-11-24 around 9:30 I went through the drive thru and ordered two sundaes. The gentleman in the drive thru never once Said anything to me about the lid being loose or anything like that, or offered to put anything in a bag, so once he handed me the second sundae it turned over inside the car making a huge mess. Do better!

Went through drive thru this morning around 6:25 and ordered 2 #1's wasted $11 on biscuits that were hard and stale, eggs I swear were reheated from yesterday morning. When I called I was questioned 3 times if I was sure it was the one off of I-40 and Sunnylane. Then was told that since I lost my receipt or not given one there wasn't anything she will do. DO NOT WASTE your money. Jenny was the mod I talked to and I refuse to go to this post place anymore. They used to be good but they aren't any longer. No stars need to be a real thing in cases like this.

THIS is what they call a "chicken strip dinner". The sundae was also severely lacking in ice cream. I'm so mad I don't even want to try and take it back. I'll probably just go to the other Braum's on 44th and try again. DON'T GO HERE unless you just love to get nothing for your money. The pics should be enough to deter anyone but if you go anyway, take your blood pressure meds FIRST.

I’ve been going there for 7 years atleast 3-5 days a week and I’m on dialysis and I usually get there about 10:25 am and I always wait till 10:30 to order my food because that’s when they switch over and today this short brunette lady got a attitude and said you’re going to have to pull up while we set up! Real hateful not the first time she’s been this way so I left braums lost my business over her I spend 60-100 dollars a week there no more

This Braum's is 100% the worst one that I've been to. The only reason I'll even go here is because I live right down the street. Every single time I've been here, my order has been messed up, or I'm missing something from my order. I don't recommend going out of your way for this Braums. I only hope that this place ends up getting better.
