Did Team photos for my daughter basketball organization. At pick up on March 9th it was discovered the photographer forgot to print hers off and advised they would send me a new one. Totally fair and I was understanding. I waiting till the end of March to follow up via email. I have sent 6 follow up emails total and have only received one response in mid-April (after email number 3) advising they would send one out shortly. 3 additional follow up emails later and we are at the end of May and still no photos. I would not recommend this photographer for their lack of customer service and follow through.

Did Christmas pictures and they were amazing! Great with my neurodivergent kids and Santa pics turned out so cute! best of all it was a private setting so kids were happy and no tears!
