Absolutely disappointed! Came last night with the kiddos and ordered buffet, paid over $40 met by lady who clearly was ready to go home. At that time we were the only customers and half of the dining room was closed. Since it was 9 pm and they close at 10 we immediately just ordered a couple pizzas. Grabbed a couple slices and went and Sat down and waited for our pizzas. Never came. They were put on the buffet and nothing was said. Went up after quite some time had passed and seen our pizzas were up there and grabbed some. By this time some others came in, lady still annoyed.... Man came and asked if he could take anything, he was polite... I neatly shift and stack and give to him and get up to go get me my last few slices almost 30 mins before close time and the buffet has been shut down, no last call, no warning NOTHING!! We don't get to eat out much and left hungry. Ridiculous! Been to this location maaaaannnny times, always been okay except this time. Do better, make people's day better! My son just had major surgery and me and my kids been up at hospital all day, we needed a break and something in our tummies. Took every penny in my pocket and left hungry. Just really disappointing. Thanks for reading my rant.

Edited to say I didn't realize the place had went down hill, just seen the last several reviews mention rude staff ... Obviously an ongoing issue. Maybe the rant isn't listened to after all 🤔

Cici's Pizza was great. Great experience overall. Friendly staff. Walked in and was immediately impressed with the selection. Used to ride my bike to Cici's as a kid. Great memories here. It's always been a great place good Pizza deserts sides including salads soups and pastas. The arcade was very nice as well. Don't see to many of those, the atmosphere was very nostalgic. Would definitely go back. All you can eat Pizza plus being fantastic will keep me coming back!

The cinnamon rolls are the BEST!! But the staff have been hateful the last few times I've been here. Out of 10, I would give them a 7/10.

My daughter wanted to go here for her 15th birthday dinner. There were 4 adults and 1 child in our group. It was pretty busy. The staff at the counter was very rude. Bussers were very nice and helpful. Wasn't impressed with the pizza and salad bar. The price was ok. I wouldn't go back.

Place keeps the food hot and available. A few games for the kids to play. Pretty good on cleanliness. Bathrooms also. Overall not a bad place for a lil family night.

Short lines, good food. Employees are helpful. New pizzas are put out quickly. Salad bar with several choices. Hot soup. Pasta and sauce available also. Senior buffet is a bargain.

Other than being caught off guard at the $8.99 each price, because where I live it is $6.99, the food and customer service was excellent. Love those cinnamon rolls!! It was very clean and our plates were picked up immediately as we finished each round! I will go back when visiting family there.

The food is always great at Cicis but that game room soooo expensive.
