The office personnel is always cheerful and very professional as well as friendly. Dr. Cindy Kubota cares about you as a friend as well as her patient. She always has time to discuss any concerns. I feel comfortable in her care as she is confident & skilled. I thank God for her, and my brother who told me about her. ?
Had my semi-annual cleaning today, 07/20/22 and wanted to say that Chereise (not sure of the spelling again) performed this deep cleaning procedure & although it was intense, she knew just how to do it so it didn't hurt. I asked if she could get these stubborn stains off some of my molars and so she did this procedure hoping it would work. It was amazing. Chereise took away my stains and the cleaning made my gums feel cleaner and stronger too. I am truly blessed to have her as my dental hygenist. Kudos, Kudos, Kudos!!!
Update on 7/26/23: Went in for my semi-annual cleaning and Cheriesee took x-rays and I was so impressed by how efficient she was in taking them. I didn't feel any discomfort and she was quick and accurate. I am always so amazed at her skills and experience. A top-notch dental hygenist, ever 🙂
Wanted to add that Dr. Cindy Kubota had fixed an old crown (from another dentist) that came out. This was a while ago but I wanted to say that her work is excellent, because that molar of mine has very little tooth left but somehow she was able to place a crown on it and it has remained fixed and strong for over 2 years now, I think. She is a most excellent dentist that I will never leave. Thank goodnesss, she is much younger than me so I know she will be around a long time!!!
July 30, 2024 I had called Dr. Cindy Kubota to tell her that I was feeling pain from a tooth that had a root canal done 11 months ago which apparently wasn't done properly. Even though I do have a cleaning appointment tomorrow, on the 31st, I just wanted to give her a heads up that I would like a referral to an endodontist. Jade was the administrator who took my message and she was diligent in delivering it to Dr. Kubota and called me back to say that Dr. Kubota wanted to see me today to take an x-ray. That was so caring of her because I know she is probably booked up today, yet she made some time for me. I don't know of any dentist who would do that. She explained the x-ray to me to show the infected root, which was the same one from last year. She also reassured me that they infection hadn't spread to my jaw and cheekbone, even though I was feeling discomfort there. She explained that it is due to the reaction to the infected tooth. Then, she referred me to another endodontist and Jade completed the appointment date. Then, Dr. Kubota prescribed some antibiotic to help my pain. The entire office is so caring and accommodating, even in putting up with my complaints of my pain and failed root canal. Today, Dr. Kubota calmed my fears and gave me reassurance that I will get better soon when the root canal gets done completely and accurately.
