As someone who works for Compassion Network, I have had my personal experience with the team, and the word "Compassion" is not just their name but its their trait and character; they are so compassionate. They make their workers feel as part of the team to keep the agency growing. They talk with so much respect and calmness irrespective of your age, position, race and many more.
A recent education day that was organized for the employees to improve the quality of care given to residents/Client, received a positive appraisal from the family of a client I render care and services to. The team dedicate their time in listening to updates of clients condition to ascertain whether it's improving or declining, and give the necessary education to the caregiver when needed.
And their uttermost priority to the clients and their family has gained recognition by my clients family. As said by the family that after trying with different agencies they bless their stars for landing at the doorsteps of compassion Network because they finally had an agency that understands the family's concerns, and makes them feel heard; as they are always available to talk-out every situation for the best interest of the client.
The team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, it is a delight to work with them.

My parents are elderly and live on their own. Mom has dementia and my Dad does everything. They needed help but resisted because of a previous bad experience (not Compassion). Compassion has been absolutely great. We are so relieved to have found this company!
We now have one person coming 3 times a week for Mom and someone else does a thorough cleaning every second week. It has made a huge difference for all of us. My parents look and feel so much better.
When I call Compassion I speak with the same people. There isn’t any run around. We had a different person instead of the regular cleaner and she wasn’t good. I called, they listened and she won’t be back. I was impressed by the way I was listened to and the questions they asked. They want feedback because they want us happy with their service. I highly recommend this company. We couldn’t be happier!

My dad suffers from multiple comorbidities and requires constant care. We have been working with Compassion Network since 2016 and they have been nothing but friendly and helpful since the start. Every staff we have worked with have been very caring, attentive and personable. My dad, who’s normally a very private and independent person, was initially resistant to the idea of home care, but Compassion Network made him feel comfortable and at ease. My dad’s primary language is Cantonese, and the company was always able to find him home care aids that spoke his language. They really do take the extra effort to tailor the service to his specific needs. Without this constant care, I can honestly say my dad’s health would be deteriorating much quicker. You can see that they truly care about their clients. We would highly recommend their service!
