I should know better. I'm embarrassed. But I thought it was worth a shot to get my "$100 gift card". It's not a gift card. It's coupons and there are "no catches" I was told on the phone. Except 2 minutes later I was notified that I was signed up for two services I didn't want for $15/month. Sheesh! Deceptive marketing. Headed to the BBB to rate them there as well.

UPDATE - The owner responded below. But you can't reply to a response on google. So you ask "can I give you a call" to fix it but I can't reply "no. please don't call me. Please terminate all of my data from your records IMMEDIATELY" so I have to update my response here to communicate that.

DO NOT use this "indentity protection" company. I got a call saying I won a $100 gift card & they need $1.98 for a "processing fee" . I did it just seeing what is was about & at the end of the call they told me I was also granted a 30 day free trial for identity protection. I went ahead figuring I'd cancel before I'm charged& a month later I received a $25 not $100 "gift card" to a website everything is $100+ for anything actually worth buying. I spoke to someone 2 weeks later to cancel & I was told it would be taken care of. Next thing you know I was charged $25. I called customer service who said i would need a confirmation # i never received prior. Anyways, the woman I spoke to was very rude about it then after talking for 2 mins said shell do a refund & just hung up on me. If your looking for ID protection use lifelock or Norton. Dont use this place!

24 hours ago I signed up and paid the $1.98 for the free 30 day access. The representative seemed more interested in overexpressing herself that they were not a fraudulent company that was NOT "out to get me" than she was at proving me with my account information In fact, she never provided me with any information for the services I had just purchased. She said I would be sent a link to my email with all of the details. I woke up the next day to look for email....and she never sent me one. I had no way to access my new account!!! So I went see all the reviews and sure enough! My gut feeling was right! After seeing everything that people have posted and how they were unsuccessful with trying cancel and lied to about the $100 cash that was promised....I canceled my credit card! Thank God it was still a lingering transaction that won't need to be disputed later. Haha...yall didn't get me. I'm sure they will make a comment on here how they don't have any record of me in their system. That's because I left before I got put in the system.

I call them like 5 times because they tell me I win a reward I call them because I want cancel my subscription with them and they hangout the phone call and the teller was so rude, they give me different numbers when I call for cancel service and that phones numbers have not service. At the end of the day, someone told me my subscription was canceled. I’m just waiting until the next month 09-12-2020 for see if they make any charges in my account. Very unprofessional and rude people. -10 for this company I thought is a scam because they don’t give you the real information.

A couple of days ago, at around 8 in the morning in Mountain time, I tried to call them to cancel my account since it's been taking money from my bank, but there was no one responding. But today, a day after they billed from my account, they responded. I'm trying to morally decide if this company is a scam company or an unprofessional company, but for now, realizing that they responded a day after taking 24.95 from my account, seems like a scam company.

DO NOT SIGN UP. I would give this review a 0 star if I could. It’s the biggest scam I’ve ever been apart of and all the $100 is for buying coupons and is NOT able to be spent for anything else. Huge scam. Don’t be stupid. I’ll take this review down if you pick up your “24/7” “cancel anytime” phone.

I got a call from them. The first person a "Jessica Jackson" hung up on me when i asked a couple questions. I called back and a guy "Tatiana" yes a guy, tried to get my debit card information so i can pay $1.98 for shipping a $100. gift card to me.. I never heard of this company and I didnt do any surveys. SCAM!

This is a scam. They will ask for a small "processing fee" in order to mail you a "rewards card". You will never see a card and as soon as you ask for your "fee" amount back, your number will be blocked.
