This place is the worst. Avoid a hair follicle test here at ALL costs. They cut hair from the TOP of my head ALLLLL THE WAY AROUND it too! I now look like Joe Dirt with short little hairs poking out all around and on top of my head. The circumference of accumulated hair was about the size of a quarter. I'm FURIOUS!

Staff was friendly & professional. Everything was very clean & comfortable. Not like a cold institutional hospital environment. The staff made you feel at ease and things were handled quickly, curiously, and with respect.

First off I’d like to start off by saying the gentleman sitting behind the counter when you first walk in is very kind. The soda machine would not take my money. The gentleman was kind enough to pay for it On his debit card. I offered him the money in return. He declined payment. As I was finishing up my paperwork I received a phone call about another potential job and they were they were wanting to set up an interview and the lady that came out from the other side of the wall started yelling and was very rude and very disrespectful. I told the lady there’s no reason to talk like that it’s not OK. I told the lady on the other end of the phone that I’d have to call her back because I was in a urinalysis for another opportunity for a job. When I got off the phone I asked the gentleman behind the counter why I wasn’t allowed to make a phone call and she proceeded to come back around the wall and proceeded to yell at me some more . There is no reason for anyone to ever act hostile towards a patient or another person for asking a very simple question. As I understand it the lady I was talking to is the owner‘s wife. And as a former supervisor of other companies. This is shameful. And wrong. You don’t get to treat people like this. I recommend the chain of command fix this problem even though they probably won’t because like I said it is the owners wife. I’m going to call the employer that sent me to this location when I get home and inform them of the situation as well . Hope y’all have a great day.

Very professional, clean and up to date equipment. I'd say best place for u.a blood test or hair follicle test in Conroe. No where else in Conroe can u beat these prices. Will come back for sure.

Process Servers Beware! Iwas contacted by Davis to serve 2 Documents, I had no problem with serving and getting paid for 1. The other turned into a 106, successful sub serve, for witch I'm still waiting to be paid for. Invoice 30 days late.
I am writing this to warn fellow process servers to proceed with caution when accepting any work from Mr. Davis.

Davis Investigation Services is great at what they do. They are professional, friendly and fast. Their facilities are clean, and their employees are great at making you feel comfortable during your time there. They regularly work with the Montgomery County court system and after going there as part of my family case, it is easy to see why. They wholly understand the gravity of the results they provide, and they conduct themselves accordingly. I cannot say enough positive things about the folks @ Davis I.S.
