Horrible customer service for home owners. Sparky and rude people who laugh at you. (Prob great for HOAs). Bernadette lied multiple times while I asked for assitance.

Worst customer service I have dealt.with in a long time. Emails go unanswered. Rude on the phone. False information provided. False promises.

(If they respond with any "we tried to help" it's a complete lie).

Once again.. I Had the most wonderful customer service from Kelly Mills today - I was in a bind getting an order completed on time and she was so helpful. She not only completed my order ahead of time, but also did it with a friendly attitude. I can't speak highly enough about her professionalism and eagerness to get this completed for me. DTA Community Management is by far the best property management company you'll find. As a former property manager with over 12 years in the business I know a great company when I see one. The DTA management and staff are top notch, A1 and incomparable to all the competition. Specifically, Terry Davis and Shelly Wich are by far the most experienced, professional and knowledgeable property managers I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Their level of expertise is unrivaled and they'll go the extra mile to take care of ALL your property management needs with patience and compassion. If I had the choice I'd have my own communities property management services changed to DTA.

My community -Park Lake Townhomes - in Missouri City utilizes this property management company. Our property manager, Leanne Gradel, is great. She is diligent is keeping the bed aware of the business side of running our small community of 67 units. I like the way in which she interacts with the PL Board of Directors, Homeowners, outside vendors, and public officials, I’m very appreciative for all the hard work she has done for our community.
