My daughter and I had a great experience. We had fun though it took us three people to help keep my toddler sit still or pose. Their staffs were very friendly, passionate, patient and professional. Especially Ms Diamond. She knew my concerns, the fairy tale story for my little princess as if they were mine and she helped me get the best captured moments. She was helping me and giving me different package options to save and still get the best quality packages something that fits my budget. We will come back here when my daughter is older to when she can pose all she wants and make her own fairy tale story through photographs.

I absolutely loved the experience! The staff was very friendly and more than understanding about limited finances. Yes a little expensive BUT the art work is amazing, it's not just a picture printed out and put in a frame, it's an actual piece of art of your little one! I didn't feel pressured at all to make a purchase, however I personally wanted to spend a little there since I had won the contest and they gave me an experience I would have NEVER been able to afford full price! And to top it all off they worked with me on what I could and couldn't afford and I was able to get what I wanted without putting myself in a financial crisis. I really adored coming here and I'm so thankful to the studio for giving my daughter and I lifelong memories. Also we showed up looking a hot mess after the long car ride and they gave us all the time we needed to fix my baby up and get her ready without feeling rushed. They even had a room for the kiddos to play while you wait to see the pics they took. Love this place!!

Had the best experience today at Fairytale Photography Studio, from the moment we walked in we were taken care of. While every staff member was endearing and essential to making this experience memorable, the superstar of our day was Diamond!! We were greeted by diamond to view our photos and she had toys waiting for my daughter to play with while I viewed the photographs. Diamond took the time to want to get to my daughter and her personality to help understand her and what we were looking for from our photographs. When all of a sudden My daughter had a blowout ruining the clothes she brought. Diamond went into action and not only found my daughter new clothes to put on, but also a diaper. We cannot thank enough for taking care of us Thank you so much Diamond and all of the Fairytale Photography studios staff! We can’t wait for our pictures!

My family had a wonderful time here. We were nervous about a few negative reviews at first, but it turned out to be a joyful experience. Every staff member was so kind and made us feel free to make our own decisions about the frames. We are really thankful to this studio. Definitely a 5-star experience!

What a beautiful experience!! The staff and photographer were so friendly and played with my daughter. Truly making her day special. Yes, I was a contest winner who was skeptical due to so many ungrateful reviews. I got everything that was promised and left with intentions of coming back when I am financially ready. My deposit was returned as promised and I will be getting my 8x10 with the $500 credit we won. I was not treated any different when I said I couldn’t afford to purchase at this time, in contrary we were told that no matter what we could afford we would be provided with the same presentation and courtesy as anyone else. Ms. Raychel you are phenomenal and I appreciate that you did not make me feel pressured or guilty for not making a major purchase. We will definitely be back! Thank you all again. And to the negative contest winners just be grateful, you are not entitled to anything free. This is a gift and a privilege ❤️

Scam, misleading fraud!!!(negative stats) I have become another victim of this photography Scam. As a mother or any parent, you want to capture every memory or experience of your child in an image. These memories are treasures for us, parents and children to look back to. As a parent, I want my child to have experiences that I did not have as a child growing up. I won the fairytale photography giveaway just like everyone else has, this is their strategy to get clients for their scam. The experience was good, Once I was shown the images that I have to select from, I was only given the option to select from their portrait packages. I did not just want that free tiny portrait so I did ask if I could purchase The digital images the proofs for my own personal Collection. I was denied the option to purchase any digital images I was told that if I did not make a decision, write them in there And select from the portrait packages that my child’s photo session images would be immediately deleted That same day. So literally you have a few minutes to decide or leave with nothing. I made a decision to select one of The portrait packages because I want to have those memories of my little girl that are going to last me forever. I am now aware that I was scammed because of the misleading lies that I was told during the photo session. I received a text message from Fairy Tail photography stating that if I wanted to purchase my child’s digital images I could purchase them for only $97 because they have to clean out their system. How is that possible?!!!!! I was told that my child’s Images Proof, digital images were going to be deleted that same day of her photo session if I did not make a decision to purchase that same day!!! Looking on their website, “it states yes we have all of the images even if it was a while ago” I want to say that Fairy Tail photography was the one texting me this Special if did Receive the text message I would not have been made aware that they still had my daughters, digital proof images On file. The seller she lied to me she misled told me lies that we’re not true because obviously what she’s saying is different from what their website is stating just so she could sell. There’s obviously miscommunication in their whole office they said that they cannot promise that images would not be saved due to their system. But yet they are reaching out to me with this offer to purchase my child’s images proof. Then they lie and try to cover them selves but their websites says otherwise. & what was ridiculous was that she could not find my order. I’m an existing client and purchased a 2k portrait could not find my information. This scam is emotional distressful you go in wanting to capture beautiful memories of your child To keep forever and then find out you were scammed.

I absolutely enjoyed our experience with the studio. The entire staff was so patient and kind towards both by baby girl and myself. Dianne was absolutely amazing and insightful on helping me to capture the final magical portrait for my home. 10/10 definitely recommend this fairytale experience.
